How can we communicate (telephone and internet) in Kyrgyzstan? Can we use our own phone?
Kyrgyzstan’s country code is +996. If your phone is unlocked, you can easily buy a SIM card at the airport or in a shopping mall, with internet access and calls for about 200 soms. This will allow you to stay connected throughout your trip.
Some hotels and guesthouses offer Wi-Fi. Not all regions have mobile network coverage.
