What is the currency and exchange rate in Bhutan?
The national currency is the Ngultrum (Nu).
Banknotes come in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, and 500 Nu. Notes of 1 and 2 Nu are no longer printed. Coins of 5, 10, 25, and 50 Chhetrum, and 1 Nu are also in circulation.
