Departing from Chiang Mai, set off on a full day of hiking off the beaten path in Doi Inthanon National Park, rich in wildlife and flora.

This incredible scenic trail remains wonderfully untouched by mass tourism. Your approximately 6-hour trek will lead you deep into the tropical forest. You'll stop at two stunning waterfalls where you can swim and enjoy magnificent views over the valley.

During lunch, we'll learn to craft our plates using banana leaves.

Vistas unfold along the trail before we reach a Karen hill tribe village.

Along the way, you'll learn to identify traditional herbs and discover the different edible treasures of the tropical forest. We'll see local rice paddies and orchards, then visit a Karen village where you can glimpse their way of life firsthand.
