Frades & Itaparica Islands

A trip through the waters of Baía de Todos os Santos, where we will visit 2 of the 56 islands that compose it. As we leave the nautical center, we can appreciate the beauty of this heritage with clear waters, which allow visibility of 10 to 20 meters for diving.

We will continue towards the island of Frades, where we will stop at the beach of Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe, the most important beach on the island from a tourist perspective. Its warm and transparent waters are irresistible for a good swim.

We then continue to the next destination of our trip: the island of Itaparica. The largest and most important island in the bay is named this way because of its geographical characteristics. Itaparica means in Tupi "enclosure of rocks" and this island is surrounded by coral reefs over most of its territory. We will stop at Ponta de Areia beach, where we can also swim and have lunch at Manguezal restaurant, with all the delights of Bahian cuisine.

We will return to Salvador at the end of the day, with a magnificent sunset from Baía de Todos os Santos.
