Inle Princess Resort
Precious wood resort set on the shores of Inle Lake, in Nyaung Shwe, with private lake access, pool, spa and views over the Shan mountains.
A 4-star hotel situated on the shores of Inle Lake, in Nyaung Shwe (Shan State, Myanmar), Inle Princess Resort combines precious wood architecture, private lake access and wellness services in a lakeside and mountainous setting.
Why choose this accommodation
- Private access to Inle Lake, one of Myanmar's major sites
- Precious wood architecture and private balconies on each room
- Views of your choice overlooking the lake, mountains or tropical garden
- Outdoor pool, spa, sauna, library and bar on site
- Convenient location to reach floating villages by traditional boat
Atmosphere
The resort pursues a strategy of landscape immersion rather than ostentatious luxury. Wooden pavilions stretch along the shoreline, extended by jetties descending toward the water. In the morning, mist rises slowly over the lake as the first Intha fishermen pass by, standing upright in their wooden boats. As day fades, slanting light across the Shan mountains sets the mood of the place: you settle onto your balcony, you watch, there's hardly anything else to do. That's precisely what makes this address worthwhile.
Accommodations
The pavilions are built from precious wood and all feature a private balcony. Depending on orientation, your view overlooks the lake, the surrounding landscape or the resort's tropical garden.
Room amenities include air-conditioning, flat-screen television, sitting area, minibar, refrigerator, kettle, safe and Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are equipped with a large bathtub and provide robes, slippers, hairdryer and complete toiletries.
