Day 2On the road to adventure

At dawn, you set off on your trek, passing through lush market-gardening lands where villagers carefully harvest cinnamon, bamboo, and rattan. A gentle crossing of the Manjuto River leads you to the threshold of the primary forest—an untamed world marking the entrance to Kerinci Seblat National Park.

Day 3Into the Wild

Your trek leads you towards Lintang Hill, where you'll set up camp for the night.

This remote jungle outpost is home to a rich array of wildlife—wild boars, Malayan tapirs, and several species of deer, with the elusive Sumatran tiger roaming in the shadows.

On the far side of the hill, the calls of gibbons and hornbills echo through the morning mist.Guided by your expert tracker, you’ll search for signs of tigers or tapirs before continuing through dense equatorial forest.

After around five hours of hiking, you reach a secluded, unnamed waterfall—a pristine spot to rest. Enjoy a refreshing swim in its natural rock pool before further exploring the untouched wilderness surrounding your camp

Day 4In Search of the Elusive Tiger

As you enjoy breakfast by a bubbling waterfall, the symphony of birdsong sets the perfect tone for another day of adventure.

You resume your trek, making your way towards Bukit Lumut, a high-altitude region draped in moss and often shrouded in mist.Today, the search for the elusive Sumatran tiger intensifies.

While spotting one remains a rare privilege, the forest floor tells its own story—you’ll come across fresh paw prints, claw marks on tree trunks, and other unmistakable signs of its presence.

Day 5Hidden Aquarium Nestled in the Forest

You press on through the dense, untouched jungle, where nature reigns supreme. Soon, you arrive at the mesmerizing Lake Kaco, its waters glowing an almost phosphorescent blue—like a hidden aquarium deep in the forest. A refreshing swim awaits, surrounded by exotic fish and freshwater crabs in this spring-fed natural pool.

As night falls, you set up camp on the lake’s edge. Then, equipped with headlamps, you venture into the darkness for a nocturnal walk, searching for civets, flying squirrels, and elusive tree frogs in the shadows of the jungle.

Day 6Back to the valley

The morning is free, before you set off on a 3-hour walk in search of birds and animals on your way to civilization.

You'll take a break at the Siluang Bersisik Emas waterfall, then finish your trek through sumptuous rice fields before reaching Lempur.

Booking conditions

Registration terms

All registration requests must be made by email to the local agency or directly online via the client space available on the local agency’s website or on our partner website www.nomadays.fr.

To access the client space, simply enter the login and password set during your first connection.

The registration is considered final once the online booking form has been completed and the deposit and/or balance has been received, depending on the registration date.

Depending on the services selected and the country’s regulations, a copy of the passport may be requested by the local agency. If the passport copy is not sent within the timeframe indicated by the agency, it cannot guarantee the proper delivery of the booked services.

Once the payment is made, a confirmation email is sent to the client. It includes confirmation of payment and a downloadable electronic invoice.

An acknowledgment of receipt is sent to the client by email. If the client does not receive it, the booking will still be considered final once received by the local agency.

Payment terms

Registration made more than 30 days before the departure date

The client must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the booked services. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the trip.

Registration made less than 30 days before the departure date

The client must pay the full amount of the trip in a single payment.

Payment methods

Once your booking is confirmed, your local agent will prepare your electronic invoice, issued in the name of the Nomadays collective of local agencies, a travel agency duly registered in France.
Payments can be made either:

by credit card online, free of charge, via the payment links available in the electronic invoice
by bank transfer to the account of Nomadays, a travel agency based in France and duly registered

The electronic invoice is updated with each payment received and remains accessible at any time from the client space. It can also be downloaded and printed.

Cancellation policies

Cancellation conditions and fees

If the client is forced to cancel the trip, they must inform the local agency and their insurer by any written means that allows for an acknowledgment of receipt, as soon as the event leading to the cancellation occurs. The date the written notice is sent will be considered the cancellation date for the calculation of cancellation fees. In general, the insurance company will assess the date of the triggering event based on the documents provided directly by the client, in order to determine whether to reimburse the cancellation fees.

Scale of total cancellation fees:

More than 45 days before the departure date: 30% of the total price of the trip including tax
From 44 to 31 days before the departure date: 40% of the total price of the trip including tax
From 30 to 14 days before the departure date: 50% of the total price of the trip including tax
From 13 to 7 days before the departure date: 75% of the total price of the trip including tax
Less than 7 days before the departure date: 100% of the total price of the trip including tax

Scale of partial cancellation fees (except special cases):

If a traveler registered for a private trip cancels their participation, while the trip is maintained for the other participants:

For personal (non-shared) services: the above cancellation fee schedule will apply to the traveler who cancels.
For shared services: fees equal to 100%, regardless of the cancellation date, will be charged to the canceling participant for their share of the shared services.

When several clients have registered under the same file and one of them cancels their trip, the cancellation fees will be deducted from the amounts received for that file, regardless of who made the payment.

In case of cancellation, for any reason whatsoever, expenses not included in the trip booked with the local agency and incurred by the client—such as transportation to and from the departure point (plane, train, or bus tickets), visa fees, travel documents, vaccination costs—will not be subject to any reimbursement.

Contract transfer

In the event of a contract transfer, the client must inform the local agency by email no later than 7 days before departure. This transfer is subject to the availability of flights and the suitability of the transferee. It may incur additional costs (especially in the case of airline ticket modifications or non-transferable services), which will be billed to the designated transferee. In any case, the assignor and the transferee remain jointly responsible for payment of the trip price and any additional charges.
