Nature & Sport in Kosovo

After breakfast, start a guided tour of Pristina, the newest and smallest capital in the Balkans. It already has all the makings of a major metropolis with a lively city center filled with numerous cafés and restaurants.

Lunch at a traditional agritourism restaurant serving local and organic products to discover the excellent Albanian gastronomy.

Travel to Peja, the largest city in western Kosovo situated at the foot of the Rugova mountains and gorges.

After lunch, head to the White Drin waterfall, hike to the summit where you will reach the "Sleeping Beauty" caves for an interior exploration of galleries sculpted over centuries by the force of water.

Visit the Patriarchate of Peć (Serbian Orthodox Monastery of Peć), one of the strongholds of the Orthodox faith in the region. Admire its many well-preserved frescoes as well as the calm and serene atmosphere present in this place.

Then head to one of the best hotels in Kosovo and drop off your luggage in your room, then enjoy some free time to visit the hotel's spa.

After breakfast, head towards the Visoki Dečani Monastery. A monument dating from the 14th century and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, you will be able to admire its frescoes which constitute one of the pinnacles of Serbian art, powerfully inspired by Byzantine art, notably by the Church of Holy Saviour in Constantinople.

You will then visit a "Kula", a traditional Albanian house to discover the former life of Albanian villages.

Take the road to Gjakova, a charming town in Kosovo with its authentic old town center and its many craft shops.

Meeting with local craftspeople subject to availability who practice trades that no longer exist in Western Europe. You will discover makers of "Plis" (traditional Albanian hat), "diep" (wooden cradles) as well as Albanian seamstresses.

Continue to Prizren and make a stop in the village of Velika Hoca, a Serbian enclave in the heart of Kosovo.

Meet a family whose wine production dates back to the 13th century and enjoy tasting of several wines and rakias.
Finally arrive in Prizren and check into your hotel.

After breakfast, we offer three options during the day.

For adventure seekers, we invite you to try paragliding or via ferrata (you can do both activities on the same day). For those who prefer not to do these activities, we invite you to relax in Prizren.

• Paragliding (€70 per person): A baptism flight takes place in complete safety with an expert instructor to whom you will be securely attached. Take-off and landing during your paragliding flight will be smooth, and in addition to the thrills, you will enjoy a fantastic panorama of Prizren.

• Via ferrata (€15 per person): You will start a climbing experience in which you will complete a course of a series of steel ropes and stairs while being firmly fixed to the rock. Built with the support of Italian experts using cutting-edge techniques and equipment, the Via Ferrata is as safe as it is memorable. The via ferrata generally goes up and down in about 2-3 hours.

Cross magnificent mountain roads and reach Gračanica through the Sharr mountains.

You will continue your journey to the Marble Cave or Gadime Cave. Discover an underground world of stalactites, stalagmites and aragonites that will take your breath away, formed over 200 million years ago. Blue, red, white and yellow elements abound along the ceilings, walls and floors of the cave, offering an extraordinary experience.

Visit the Gračanica Monastery listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Head to Janjevo, an abandoned Croatian village. Take a tour that will trace the history of the Croatian community that settled in Janjevo in the 14th century. An important economic hub for Croats who worked alongside Saxons in the Novo Brdo and Kopaonik mines.
Dinner in a traditional Serbian restaurant and overnight in Gračanica.

After breakfast, you will head towards the "Bear Sanctuary" or Pristina Bear Sanctuary, a park where many bears held captive in private restaurants in Kosovo and Albania were released.

Then head to Kukaj, a small village reconstructed as it was originally located in the mountains where you will enjoy a traditional Albanian meal such as Flija (traditional pie) prepared in front of you by local women.

Start a hike to the Novo Brdo Fortress located on the heights of a plateau offering a splendid panoramic view of the region.

Return to Gračanica and free time to enjoy the peace of your hotel.

After breakfast, free time at your hotel in Pristina until your transfer to the airport for your return flight.
