In this three-week circuit through the Philippines, you explore the fascinating contrasts of the archipelago, between volcanic landscapes, sculpted rice fields and islands with crystal-clear waters. Flight to Siquijor and first immersion in the mystical island

Today, heading to Apo Island, located approximately 40 minutes by boat from the southeastern coast of Negros. This small rocky island is home to a marine reserve of 600 hectares, considered one of the richest in the archipelago. Biologists from Silliman university have identified more than 400 varieties of coral and 600 species of fish.

Apo is also a privileged location for green sea turtles, an endangered species that finds an ideal ecosystem here. By practicing snorkeling from the beach, you will be able to observe them up close, sometimes by the dozens.

The excursion runs from approximately 08h30 to 16h00, lunch included. Scuba diving is available as an additional option for those who wish to deepen their exploration.

Passport

To enter the Philippines, your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months after the date of entry into the country and contain at least one blank page for immigration stamps.
The document must be in good condition (no damaged, torn, or altered pages).

Tourist stay without visa

Nationals of the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and Canada benefit from visa exemption for tourist stays.

To date, this exemption allows an initial stay of 30 days upon entry to the territory. Successive extensions can generally be requested on-site from the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, allowing you to extend your stay up to a maximum of 36 months in total, subject to approval.

Authorities may also request:

  • an exit ticket from the territory (return or onward flight),

  • proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your stay.

eTravel (digital arrival card)

Before your arrival, you must complete the eTravel form, a digital registration system established by the Philippine authorities.

This online form replaces the paper arrival card and allows you to transmit the necessary information to immigration services for entry into the territory:

  • passport information

  • flight details

  • address of your first accommodation in the Philippines

  • health declaration

The form must be completed online within 72 hours before your arrival. A confirmation QR code will be generated and may be requested when passing through immigration.

Health and vaccinations

No vaccine is mandatory to enter the Philippines from the EEA, Switzerland, or Canada. However, certain vaccinations are recommended as a preventive measure:

  • hepatitis A and B,

  • typhoid,

  • rabies (particularly in case of activities in rural areas or contact with animals).

Dengue is present in the country. It is advisable to protect yourself against mosquito bites. Consult your doctor or a vaccination center before departure.

Travel with children

Minors must hold their own valid passport covering the duration of the stay.

In certain European countries, when a minor travels without one of their parents, an exit authorization from the territory may be required according to the regulations of the country of residence.

Other nationalities

Entry conditions may vary according to nationality. Affected travelers should inquire with the embassy or consulate of the Philippines in their country of residence.
