Historic City Center
Begin your discovery of the capital at Plaza de Mayo, the birthplace of Argentine history. Your guide will take you through the major stages of the country's independence and political struggles, facing the Casa Rosada, the colonial Cabildo and the Cathedral.
Continue on foot along Avenida de Mayo to the National Congress, passing by Belle Époque-style cafés.
San Telmo – Authenticity and Bohemian Atmosphere
Then head to San Telmo, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. You stroll through its cobbled streets, lined with colonial houses and antique shops, before discovering the covered market, artist studios and Plaza Dorrego, known for its lively atmosphere and tango culture.
La Boca – Colors and Popular Traditions
Using local transportation, reach La Boca and the famous Caminito, recognizable by its colorful houses, tango dancers and murals. Your guide tells you about the working-class history of the neighborhood, marked by Italian immigration, as well as the attachment of its residents to the Boca Juniors club.

Day trip to Recoleta and Palermo – The elegance and creativity of Buenos Aires (10am to 2pm)
The day begins in Recoleta, one of Buenos Aires' emblematic neighborhoods, marked by its European-inspired architecture. You visit the Recoleta Cemetery, where several Argentine personalities rest, including Eva Perón. You walk through its lanes bordered by sculpted mausoleums and discover part of the country's history through the personalities buried there.
Nearby, discover the Basilica Nuestra Señora del Pilar, recognizable by its white colonial-inspired facade. After a stroll through the surrounding gardens, take a break on the terrace at Café La Biela, a Buenos Aires institution once frequented by writers and artists.
Late morning, head to Palermo, whose bohemian and contemporary atmosphere contrasts with that of Recoleta.
For lunch, go to Palermo Soho, where you can choose between traditional parrillas and restaurants offering fusion cuisine. Paraná Delta – The Other Face of Buenos Aires
Close to Buenos Aires, leave the hustle and bustle of the city to discover the Paraná Delta, a landscape of water and greenery composed of rivers, submerged forests and small islands. Here, rivers serve as roads and houses are nestled between trees, in an environment where life is organized around water.
Navigate at the rhythm of the delta
Board a boat to explore the different arms of the delta. As you navigate, observe scenes of local life and changing landscapes, including a fisherman, a colorful stilt house or a resting heron.
A unique ecosystem
The Delta welcomes many migratory birds, aquatic plants, capybaras, these large peaceful rodents, as well as a few more discreet caimans. You also discover a territory where inhabitants live in direct contact with this natural environment.
The Countryside and the Gauchos, the Soul of Argentine Tradition
Embark on an immersion in a colonial mansion from 1880, in San Antonio de Areco. Surrounded by century-old trees, the estancia immerses you in the daily life of rural living. After waking to the sound of nature, set off on a morning horseback ride through the fields and take time to observe the ancestral expertise of gauchos wielding the lasso.
Around a smoky asado, also enjoy Argentine hospitality and a convivial moment. Leather and wood recall local traditions, while the day ends simply, around a shared maté facing the horizon, at sunset.
Departure for Iguazú
Buenos Aires → Puerto Iguazú
You are heading to the north of Argentina to reach the province of Misiones. It is known for its numerous waterways, exotic wildlife and lush vegetation.
Visit of the Falls on the Argentine Side
Discover the Iguazu Falls on the Argentine side and its 275 cascades. You walk along the lower and upper catwalks, which allow you to observe the falls from different viewpoints. It is often said that Brazilians enjoy the best overall view, while Argentines discover the cascades up close.
You also visit the interpretation center before taking the paths that lead to the different falls such as Dos Hermanas, Bossetti, Escondido, Union and San Martin.
The visit ends at Garganta del Diablo, which you reach with the Tren de la Selva. You then witness the fall of thousands of liters of water every second into the Iguazu River.
Late afternoon, return to Puerto Iguazu.

To enter Argentina, your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your planned stay and contain at least one blank page for immigration stamps.

Tourist stay without a visa
Nationals of the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and Canada benefit from visa exemption for tourist stays in Argentina.
This exemption allows for a stay of up to 90 days from the date of entry into the country. An extension of an additional 90 days can generally be requested on site at the Argentine National Immigration Authority.
Authorities may also request:
an exit ticket from the country (return flight or onward travel),
proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your stay,
an accommodation address in Argentine territory.
Health and vaccinations
No vaccination is mandatory to enter Argentina from Europe or Canada. However, certain vaccinations are recommended depending on the regions you visit:
the yellow fever vaccine is recommended for travelers heading to the tropical zones in the north of the country (Misiones, Formosa, Chaco, and Jujuy provinces);
updating routine vaccinations (diphtheria, tetanus, poliomyelitis, measles) is advised.
It is recommended to consult a doctor or an international vaccination center before departure.
Traveling with children
Minors must hold their own valid passport covering the duration of the stay.
When a minor travels without one or both parents, a notarized parental authorization may be required by Argentine authorities at entry or exit. It is strongly advised to check beforehand with the competent Argentine consulate.
