Passeport

Les ressortissants de l'Espace économique européen peuvent entrer en Croatie avec un passeport ou une carte d'identité nationale en cours de validité. Le document doit être en bon état (pas de pages détériorées, déchirées ou modifiées).

Séjour touristique sans visa

Les ressortissants de l'Espace économique européen, de la Suisse et du Canada bénéficient d'une exemption de visa pour les séjours touristiques en Croatie.

La Croatie est membre de l'espace Schengen depuis le 1er janvier 2023. Les séjours des ressortissants canadiens et suisses sont soumis à la règle Schengen, soit 90 jours maximum sur toute période de 180 jours dans l'ensemble de l'espace Schengen. Les ressortissants de l'EEE ne sont pas soumis à cette limitation.

Les autorités peuvent demander :

  • un billet de sortie du territoire (vol retour ou continuation),

  • une preuve de ressources financières suffisantes pour la durée du séjour.

Enregistrement auprès des autorités locales

Tout voyageur séjournant en Croatie est tenu de s'enregistrer auprès des autorités locales dans les 24 heures suivant son arrivée. En pratique, cette démarche est généralement effectuée directement par l'hébergeur (hôtel, agence de location, etc.).
En cas d'hébergement chez un particulier, il appartient à l'hôte ou au voyageur de procéder à cet enregistrement, notamment via le système en ligne eVisitor mis en place par les autorités croates.
