Prepare your trip to Thaïlande

To travel to Thaïlande, you will need a valid passport 6 months after your return date. For tourist stays of less than 30 days, French nationals generally do not need a visa. Remember to also bring copies of your important documents and travel insurance.

Recommended vaccines include updating universal vaccines (DTP, hepatitis A). Hepatitis B, typhoid, and Japanese encephalitis may be advised depending on the regions visited. Consult your doctor or an international vaccination centre at least 2 months before departure.

Pack lightweight, breathable clothing, comfortable walking shoes, swimwear, sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. Don't forget an electrical adapter, insect repellent, and clothing covering shoulders and knees for temple visits.
