A menu made with local ingredients

You can choose from three time slots to visit one of these villages, interact with the locals, and cook with them. The options are in the morning, early afternoon, or evening. You will depart from Siem Reap with your driver, gradually making your way through the endless rice fields and iconic palm trees. The journey will end with a short walk where you can chat with the villagers about their daily lives. Once you arrive, you will visit a local family’s house and explore their garden, which is home to many fresh vegetables and fruits that you will later use in your cooking class. Next, it’s time to head to the kitchen. On the menu: mango salad, the authentic Amok fish in a coconut sauce, and rice. Your hosts will be eager to share their knowledge, teaching you the secrets of Khmer cooking as well as the beliefs associated with the different ingredients.
