Spanning 6 hectares of land with around one hundred villas along the 550 meters of exclusive beachfront, The Royal Sands offers everything needed for a dream stay on the paradisiacal island of Koh Rong.

All villas feature sea views and are equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort even on the hottest days. The majority of the villas come with private pools, though those on a tighter budget can still enjoy the large shared pool next to the main restaurant.

Two restaurants cater to guests throughout the day, serving breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, and dinner. For the more active, the resort offers a wide array of activities, including scuba diving or snorkeling, cycling, hiking, climbing, yoga, and kayaking.
