Located just 3 kilometers from the town of Sen Monorom in Mondulkiri province, the local coffee plantations invite visitors to discover the expertise of the resident communities who have been cultivating and roasting these beans for generations. Coffee plants take between three and five years to mature after being planted. Once harvested, the beans are laid out to dry naturally in the sun for about 15 days.

The local farmers are eager to share their deep knowledge of the entire production process and will welcome you into their daily lives, offering an authentic and immersive experience.
