Sokkhak Boutique Hotel

Nestled in the northern part of Siem Reap, Sokkhak Boutique Hotel serves as a true gateway not only to the magnificent archaeological site of Angkor but also to the heart of Siem Reap, the city that guards the temples. This location allows you to be ideally placed to fully enjoy both of these must-see destinations in Cambodia—two completely different yet complementary atmospheres. This diversity is also reflected in the architecture of the establishment.

The architects of Sokkhak Boutique Hotel take pride in drawing inspiration from the Hindu architecture of the Angkorian temples. What is certain is that the 12 spacious and luxurious suites, as well as the various rooms of the property, perfectly blend tradition and modernity. The interior designers have managed to combine artifacts, antiques, and statues inspired by the Angkorian era with paintings from the new generation of Cambodian artists.

A Family Kitchen

The chefs at the hotel have been here for years. They love reinventing the classics of Cambodian cuisine, the same dishes their parents and grandparents used to prepare when they were younger.

The breakfast, served either in the room or in the restaurant’s dining area, can be either very Western, with items like toast, eggs, fruit platters, or buttery croissants, or typically Khmer, such as noodle soup or Cambodian waffles.

The comfort of the suite is sometimes hard to leave, especially after a long day of sightseeing. In that case, why not enjoy your dinner on your private terrace? The chef, for example, can serve you his famous Amok right in your room!

A rest lounge

From 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., enjoy unlimited access to the hotel’s massage/spa lounge. It’s the perfect way to recover after your day’s tourist activities.
