Safari in Zambezi Park
After breakfast at Insika, you depart with your guide to discover the Zambezi National Park, whose entrance is located just a few minutes' drive from the lodge.
A picnic lunch is planned during the outing.
During this safari, you may encounter in particular giraffes, kudus, elephants, and sometimes lions that come as far as Victoria Falls town.
Return to Insika around 4:30 PM / 5:00 PM.
Dinner is then shared at Insika.

Victoria Falls
After breakfast at Insika, your driver will accompany you to discover Victoria Falls. The visit is conducted with a guide and includes approximately 2 hours of exploring the site, with entrance fees included.
You will then have lunch at Look Out Café.
The afternoon is free: you can visit the Victoria Falls Hotel and enjoy High Tea there.
Around 4:00 PM, your driver will pick you up for a dinner cruise on the Malachite boat, on the Zambezi River. You will enjoy the sunset along the riverbanks, then be transferred back to your lodge.

Route to Hwange Park
Chutes Victoria → Parc National de Hwange
After breakfast, departure at 9:00 am by vehicle towards Hwange National Park. The journey takes approximately two hours, passing through Ndebele villages and varied landscapes.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your guide at Mbala Gate, then transferred to your camp, located in the North of Hwange, an area less frequented by tourists.
You will stay at Mopani Camp, an exclusive bush camp in the heart of a Mopane forest. This part of the park is suited for those who appreciate wildlife encounters in a more remote setting.
At the end of the day, dinner at camp. Your professional guide Adam will escort you to your tents, with animals — notably elephants — moving freely throughout the camp. Adam has worked at Hwange for over ten years and is particularly comfortable on walking safaris.

Safari to Southern Hwange
After breakfast, you set off on a 4x4 safari to head south towards the Hwange National Park.
A picnic lunch is planned en route, on one of the platforms for observing animals coming to drink.
You then head to Acacia Camp, an exclusive bush camp located in the heart of the park. This area is known for its varied landscapes and for Ngweshla Pan, a water point frequented by many animals.
Dinner is served at the camp.
Your professional guide Adam accompanies you to your tents, with animals — notably elephants — roaming freely around the camp. Adam has been working at Hwange for over ten years and is particularly comfortable leading walking safaris.

Safaris at Hwange
Your two days at Camp Acacia with Adam generally follow a structured program around the best hours for wildlife observation.
Around 6:00 AM, your guide comes to wake you. After coffee and breakfast, you depart for approximately 3 hours of game drive. Hwange National Park stands out for the richness of its fauna and flora, with more than 450 bird species and over 120 mammal species. The sandy tracks in the north-western part are explained in particular by the proximity of the Kalahari National Park.
Return around 10:00 AM for a hearty brunch, then free time to rest: in the lounge overlooking the savanna or directly in your tent.
Around 3:00 PM, you set out for a second game drive, followed by an aperitif at sunset, through Hwange's landscapes. Return to camp around 6:00 PM, then dinner around a large table, with exchanges between travelers.
According to your preferences, it is possible to do walking safaris and to leave for a full day. In the evening, a night guard accompanies you to your tent.

Discovery of Lake Kariba
Parc National de Hwange → Kariba
After an early breakfast, you take your flight from Hwange with an expected arrival around 11:30 AM.
Upon arrival, a transfer will take you to Hornbill Lodge, located above Lake Kariba.
This artificial lake, which has become a veritable inland sea over time, offers a peaceful setting with open views over the water. You will stay for two nights in double and single rooms at this lodge with typically Zimbabwean style.
Lunch is served at the lodge, followed by an afternoon safari to discover the surroundings. Dinner is planned on-site.

Two nights on a catamaran on Lake Kariba
After breakfast served on your lodge's terrace, departure at 9:30 am for a different kind of experience: two nights aboard a catamaran on Lake Kariba.
You sleep on the deck, on mattresses set up in the heart of nature, with the lake's shores as your backdrop and elephants visible along the shoreline. Your skipper accompanies you throughout the experience, introduces you to the basics of sailing and ensures your safety on the water.
Meals and beverages are included during this adventure (alcoholic beverages must be purchased the day before in Kariba). You enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the lake, in a calm atmosphere open to the landscapes.

From Kariba to Mana Pools
Kariba → Mana Pools
End of your catamaran stay and return to port this morning.
You then head out to reach Mana Pools Park.
Upon arrival, you'll be settled for the next four nights at Camp Zambezi, a bush camp located on the banks of the Zambezi River.
The authentic atmosphere of this non-permanent camp allows you to be as close as possible to nature and wildlife activity. The days are dedicated to discovering the fauna and flora of Mana Pools, with the Zambian mountains in the background, acacia trees and animals along the riverbank. The BBC filmed a documentary there about African wild dogs, present in several groups in the park.

After an early breakfast, you will depart for a long road transfer towards Harare. A stop is planned at Chinhoyi Caves, before arriving in the late afternoon in a quiet, green neighbourhood in northern Harare.
You will stay in individual rooms at York Lodge 4*, a lodge near the embassy.
Dinner is scheduled this evening at York Lodge.

Passeport
Pour entrer au Zimbabwe, votre passeport doit être valide au minimum six mois après la date d'entrée dans le pays et comporter au moins deux pages vierges pour les tampons d'immigration.
Le document doit être en bon état (pas de pages détériorées, déchirées ou modifiées).
Visa
Les ressortissants de l'Espace économique européen, de la Suisse et du Canada doivent en principe être munis d'un visa pour entrer au Zimbabwe. Celui-ci peut être obtenu de plusieurs façons :
à l'arrivée aux principaux points d'entrée (aéroport international de Harare, postes frontières de Victoria Falls et Beit Bridge, notamment),
en ligne, via le portail officiel Univisa Zimbabwe avant le départ.
Le visa touristique est généralement délivré pour un séjour jusqu'à 30 jours, renouvelable une fois sur place pour une durée équivalente auprès des services d'immigration zimbabwéens, dans la limite de 90 jours au total.
Le tarif du visa est fixé en dollars américains (USD). Les autorités peuvent demander :
un billet de sortie du territoire (vol retour ou continuation),
une preuve de ressources financières suffisantes pour la durée du séjour,
une confirmation de réservation d'hébergement.
UNIVISA (Kaza UniVisa)
Le Zimbabwe participe au programme KAZA UniVisa, une formule conjointe avec la Zambie permettant aux voyageurs de circuler librement entre ces deux pays pour un même tarif de visa. Ce visa est particulièrement adapté aux voyageurs souhaitant visiter les chutes Victoria depuis les deux rives.
Il est disponible à l'arrivée à l'aéroport de Harare, à l'aéroport de Victoria Falls et au poste frontière de Kazungula.
Santé
Aucun vaccin n'est obligatoire pour entrer au Zimbabwe, sauf en cas d'arrivée depuis un pays à risque de fièvre jaune, auquel cas la présentation d'un certificat de vaccination contre la fièvre jaune est exigée à l'entrée.
Les vaccinations suivantes sont néanmoins fortement recommandées :
hépatite A et hépatite B,
typhoïde,
tétanos-diphtérie-poliomyélite (mise à jour),
rage (selon les activités prévues).
Le Zimbabwe est un pays à risque élevé de paludisme dans la majorité des régions, notamment dans les zones rurales, les parcs nationaux et les basses terres. Une prophylaxie antipaludéenne est fortement recommandée. Consultez un médecin ou un centre de vaccination internationale avant le départ.
Voyage avec des enfants
Les mineurs doivent être titulaires de leur propre passeport valide couvrant la durée du séjour.
Le Zimbabwe applique des règles strictes concernant les voyages de mineurs. Lorsqu'un enfant voyage sans l'un ou les deux parents, il est fortement recommandé de disposer d'une lettre d'autorisation parentale, idéalement accompagnée d'une copie du ou des actes de naissance et des documents d'identité des parents. Ces documents peuvent être demandés par les autorités à l'entrée et à la sortie du territoire.
Dans certains pays européens, une autorisation de sortie du territoire peut également être exigée selon la réglementation du pays de résidence.

Les conditions d'entrée peuvent varier selon la nationalité. Les voyageurs concernés doivent se renseigner auprès de l'ambassade ou du consulat du Zimbabwe de leur pays de résidence.
