Welcome to Lusaka!
Upon your arrival at Latitude 15, you discover a boutique hotel appreciated in the Kaza region. You settle in for the night in Heritage rooms.
The address stands out for its chic African atmosphere, rich in artistic works, and for its calm ambiance in a peaceful neighborhood of Lusaka. A bar and spa are also available to enjoy a moment of relaxation. Dinner is possible at the hotel restaurant.

Lusaka → South Luangwa National Park
After breakfast, you are transferred to the airport for your flight departing from Lusaka to the South Luangwa National Park.
Upon arrival, allow approximately 45 minutes to reach the park entrance, with a stop at the Mfuwe lodge to refresh yourself.
You then continue with a 2 to 3 hour safari to reach your bushcamp in the heart of the park: the Bilimungwe camp. This camp allows you to stay as close to nature as possible, in an intimate atmosphere, surrounded by a canopy of trees.

Safari in South Luangwa National Park
Early breakfast, then departure on an open 4x4 safari to discover the bush and the South Luangwa National Park, located in north-eastern Zambia.
The park is part of the Luangwa Valley, which is itself integrated into the Great Rift Valley. With an area of 9,050 km², South Luangwa is home to a significant concentration of wildlife. It is bordered by the Luangwa River to the east and by the Muchinga escarpment to the west.
Declared a nature reserve in 1938 and then a national park in 1971, this region is bordered by villages and Game Management Areas along the river. Several communities live there, notably the Kunda, who have been present for several centuries around Mfuwe. The Luangwa River, whose name means "fishing net", is home to a large population of hippopotamuses.
The park is home to more than 60 species of mammals and more than 400 species of birds, as well as several endemic species such as the Thornicroft's giraffe. South Luangwa is also recognized for leopard viewing and for having developed walking safaris.

Towards Kuyenda Bush Lodge
After an early morning breakfast, you set off on a safari in an open 4x4 through the bush before heading to your new camp.
You will stay for the next three nights in double chalets at the Kuyenda Bush Lodge, located in the South Luangwa National Park.
After lunch, you will depart in the afternoon for your first safari in the park or in the neighboring concession, depending on your arrival time.

After breakfast, you set off for a new day of safari in the South Luangwa National Park. According to your preference, you choose the approach: by 4x4 or on foot.
These two days are dedicated to the progressive discovery of the park, known in particular for observing leopards, along the trails and the atmosphere of the bush.

From South Luangwa to Victoria Falls
South Luangwa National Park → Chutes Victoria
After one last safari on the way to Mfuwe airport, you take off for Lusaka, then for Livingstone. Upon arrival at 5:45 PM, you are transferred to the city of Victoria Falls, in Zimbabwe.
You settle in for the next two nights in a double room and a twin room at Shongwe LookOut. From the top of its tower, the accommodation allows you to observe the sunrise and the mists of the Falls.
Dinner is planned at the Shongwe restaurant.

Victoria Falls
After breakfast, your driver will pick you up to discover the Victoria Falls. The visit lasts approximately two hours and allows you to explore the site with an accompanying guide, with entrance fees included.
You will then have lunch at the Look Out Café, located facing the gorges, before continuing with a visit to the Victoria Falls Hotel.

Passeport
Pour entrer en Zambie, votre passeport doit être valide au minimum six mois après la date d'entrée dans le pays et comporter au moins deux pages vierges pour les tampons d'immigration.
Le document doit être en bon état (pas de pages détériorées, déchirées ou modifiées).
Visa touristique
La plupart des ressortissants de l'Espace économique européen, de la Suisse et du Canada doivent être en possession d'un visa pour entrer en Zambie. Ce visa peut être obtenu de plusieurs façons :
en ligne avant le départ via le portail officiel eVisa zambien,
à l'arrivée (visa on arrival) dans certains aéroports et postes frontières internationaux.
Le visa touristique est généralement accordé pour un séjour jusqu'à 30 jours, avec possibilité de prolongation auprès du Département de l'immigration zambien. Des visas de 90 jours peuvent être délivrés selon les cas.
Des frais de visa sont applicables et varient selon la nationalité et la durée du séjour. Il est recommandé de s'acquitter de ces frais en espèces (dollars américains) si le visa est obtenu à l'arrivée.
Les autorités peuvent également demander :
un billet de sortie du territoire (vol retour ou continuation),
une preuve de ressources financières suffisantes pour la durée du séjour,
une réservation d'hébergement.
UNIVISA (visa régional)
La Zambie et le Zimbabwe proposent conjointement l'UNIVISA, un visa unique permettant d'entrer librement dans les deux pays au cours d'un même séjour. Ce visa est particulièrement adapté aux voyageurs souhaitant visiter les chutes Victoria, situées à la frontière des deux pays.
L'UNIVISA s'obtient à l'arrivée dans les aéroports et postes frontières participants, ou en ligne, et est valable 30 jours.
Santé
Aucun vaccin n'est obligatoire pour entrer en Zambie, sauf si vous arrivez en provenance d'un pays où la fièvre jaune est endémique, auquel cas la présentation d'un certificat international de vaccination contre la fièvre jaune est exigée.
Il est fortement recommandé de consulter un médecin ou un centre de vaccination avant le départ. Les vaccinations suivantes sont généralement conseillées :
mise à jour du calendrier vaccinal habituel (hépatite A, typhoïde, etc.),
vaccination contre la fièvre jaune recommandée,
prophylaxie antipaludéenne fortement conseillée, la malaria étant présente dans l'ensemble du pays.
Voyage avec des enfants
Les mineurs doivent être titulaires de leur propre passeport valide couvrant la durée du séjour.
Lorsqu'un mineur voyage sans l'un ou les deux parents, il est recommandé de se munir d'une lettre d'autorisation parentale, accompagnée des copies des pièces d'identité des parents. Les autorités zambiennes peuvent être particulièrement vigilantes sur ce point afin de lutter contre la traite des êtres humains.
Dans certains pays européens, une autorisation de sortie du territoire peut être exigée selon la réglementation du pays de résidence.

Les conditions d'entrée peuvent varier selon la nationalité. Les voyageurs concernés doivent se renseigner auprès de l'ambassade ou du consulat de Zambie de leur pays de résidence.
