This itinerary offers a sports program accessible to all types of vacationers. It allows you to explore two of the most beautiful regions of Chilean territory while engaging in Outdoor sports activities.
This discovery of the lakes region and Patagonia begins in Puerto Varas, a small village located on the shores of Lake Llanquihue with a superb view of Osorno Volcano. The latter is a true Fuji Yama of the Andes.
This adventure combines numerous activities, including rafting on the turquoise waters of the Rio Petrohue, hiking across the slopes of Osorno Volcano and sea kayaking in the Chilean fjords with an English-speaking guide.
Apart from all that, we venture to the south of the continent and Patagonia via a domestic flight. The second itinerary departs from Puerto Natales and Torres del Paine National Park. We find another playground that offers one of the most renowned treks in the world due to its splendid landscapes. This is the W circuit. It is a blessing to discover the immense Glacier Grey, Paine Grande Massif and the Cuernos, the famous Torres del Paine and the 3 impressive granite towers, among others.

Free day in Santiago, discovery of the Chilean capital
Adventure in Puerto Montt and Rafting on the Petrohue River
After your private transfer from the hotel to the airport, you take your flight to Puerto Montt
Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to your hotel.
In the afternoon, you embark on a half-day excursion for an exciting rafting experience on the Petrohue River, in the heart of spectacular landscapes.
After this rafting session, we can enjoy a good beer with sopaipillas and pebre to refresh ourselves.
Hiking on Osorno Volcano
Set off on a private half-day hike to the Osorno volcano, accompanied by a Spanish-speaking guide.
Discover the breathtaking landscapes of this iconic volcano, with stunning views over the region and its natural wonders.
Sea kayaking in Chile's first fjord
Experience a group adventure on a full-day sea kayaking excursion. Paddle through crystal-clear waters and explore magnificent coastal landscapes while discovering local wildlife and flora.

Departure to Patagonia
After your private transfer from the hotel to Puerto Montt airport, you take a flight to Punta Arenas.
Upon arrival, a coach will take you to Puerto Natales.
Once there, a private transfer will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel in Puerto Natales, where you can enjoy your arrival in complete peace and quiet.
Puerto Natales – Torres del Paine Park
This morning, we leave Puerto Natales to reach the village of Cerro Castillo, renowned as an important livestock breeding center in the region. The herds from the surrounding estancias gather there every November for the annual shearing.
We then cross the vastness of the pampa to reach the Torres del Paine National Park. The journey ends on the shore of Lake Pehoe where we set off on a catamaran crossing.
In the afternoon, we enjoy a beautiful hike towards Lake Grey. Halfway there, we already discover the vastness of the Glacier Grey with its icebergs drifting on the lake.

Grey Glacier Trek
We discover Glacier Grey, one of the most important glaciers in the region. This imposing tongue of ice extends for approximately 30 km. It originates from the Campo de Hielo. On, the ice sheet covering the entire Andes mountain range with a length of 400 km. It is the third freshwater reserve after Antarctica and Greenland.
We then have a meeting with our guide to learn the first instructions concerning walking on the glacier. With him, we equip ourselves with our crampons, helmet, ice axe and harness.
We navigate for 15 minutes on Lake Grey to reach the rocky islet or Nunatak located in the heart of the glacier. The journey continues with a one-hour walk on the island to access the glacier.
Before we embark on the adventure, safety instructions are explained to us such as how to move with crampons on the ice. We begin the walk on the ice by exploring its bluish interior which is quite magical.
Early in the afternoon, we depart by retracing the same path as the day before.

French Valley
This morning, we leave the turquoise waters of Lake Pehoe to head to La Vallée del Francés which is located on the W circuit, the most popular hiking trail.
We reach Lake Skottsberg by passing around Bariloche Point. We progress towards the entrance of the valley while enjoying the superb panorama of the Cuernos, granite needles topped with a black hat of sediments.
We then arrive at the foot of the Cuernos and are impressed by the Paine Grande ridge, the highest massif in Paine peaking at 3050 m altitude. It is possible for us to go further up the valley to appreciate the panorama of the surrounding lakes.
The hike continues through a forest before we begin a long descent to Lake Nordenskjöld.
We spend the night at Cuernos camping on the shore of the lake.

Today, we enjoy a beautiful hike along the Lac Nordenskjöld while taking in splendid panoramas of the reverse side of the Cuernos.
With a bit of luck, we will spot condors flying with the turbulence along the cliffs. This mineral mountain universe is dotted with coíigues, a species of southern beech, and huge bushes of ciruelillo or notro that bloom in November.
Then at the moment of finding the fork; we take the direction of the Ascencio valley. We then cross the river and reach the Las Torres complex.

Today is the last day of our W circuit which ends on the side of the las Torres valley.
We head up along the Ascencio river then explore the lenga forests which represent the oldest in the park.
After an hour of climbing, we arrive at the foot of the moraine and we have just 45 minutes on the side of the moraine to reach the most famous viewpoint on the site, namely the « Mirador Las Torres » at the foot of the North, Central and South towers. We find above the glacier vertical granite walls that stand just in front of us and offer us a unique spectacle in the world.
Lunch break.
We then descend back into the valley and join the las Torres complex.
Finally we take the bus back to Puerto Natales.

Passeport
Pour entrer en Argentine et au Chili, votre passeport doit être valide pendant toute la durée de votre séjour. Il est toutefois fortement recommandé qu'il reste valide au moins six mois après la date d'entrée dans le pays, et qu'il comporte au moins une page vierge pour les tampons d'immigration.
Le document doit être en bon état (pas de pages détériorées, déchirées ou modifiées).
Séjour touristique sans visa
Les ressortissants de l'Espace économique européen, de la Suisse et du Canada bénéficient d'une exemption de visa pour les séjours touristiques en Argentine et au Chili.
En Argentine, cette exemption permet un séjour pouvant aller jusqu'à 90 jours, renouvelable une fois sur place pour une durée équivalente. Au Chili, l'exemption autorise également un séjour jusqu'à 90 jours, non renouvelable sans quitter le territoire.
Les autorités peuvent demander :
un billet de sortie du territoire (vol retour ou continuation),
une preuve de ressources financières suffisantes pour la durée du séjour,
une adresse d'hébergement sur le territoire.
Passage de frontière entre l'Argentine et le Chili
La Patagonie s'étendant sur les deux pays, de nombreux voyageurs sont amenés à franchir plusieurs fois la frontière terrestre entre l'Argentine et le Chili au cours de leur séjour. Chaque entrée sur l'un ou l'autre territoire donne lieu à un nouveau contrôle d'immigration et à l'attribution d'un nouveau délai de séjour autorisé.
Certains postes-frontières terrestres sont situés dans des zones reculées et peuvent avoir des horaires d'ouverture limités. Il est conseillé de vérifier les conditions de passage avant votre départ.
Il est strictement interdit d'importer des produits alimentaires frais (fruits, légumes, viande, produits laitiers) d'un pays à l'autre, sous peine de confiscation et d'amende.
Santé et vaccins
Aucun vaccin n'est obligatoire pour entrer en Argentine ou au Chili. Cependant, certaines recommandations sanitaires sont à prendre en compte :
La mise à jour des vaccins de routine (diphtérie, tétanos, poliomyélite, rougeole) est recommandée.
La vaccination contre l'hépatite A peut être conseillée selon votre profil et votre itinéraire.
En Patagonie, les conditions climatiques peuvent être extrêmes (froid, vent, UV intenses) : une préparation physique et un équipement adapté sont indispensables.
Nous vous recommandons de consulter un médecin ou un centre de vaccination avant votre départ pour un avis personnalisé.
Voyage avec des enfants
Les mineurs doivent être titulaires de leur propre passeport valide couvrant la durée du séjour.
Lorsqu'un mineur voyage sans l'un ou les deux parents, une autorisation de sortie du territoire peut être exigée selon la réglementation du pays de résidence, ainsi qu'une autorisation parentale notariée traduite en espagnol pour certains contrôles aux frontières argentines ou chiliennes.

Les conditions d'entrée peuvent varier selon la nationalité. Les voyageurs concernés doivent se renseigner auprès de l'ambassade ou du consulat d'Argentine et du Chili de leur pays de résidence.
