Highlights
Day-by-day itinerary

Welcome to Panama City!
Aéroport Tocumen → Panama City
Upon your arrival in Panama, you discover Panama City and Canal, a city marked by its canal that connects the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
In the distance, skyscrapers draw a contemporary line, while below, the cobbled streets of Casco Viejo recall the colonial past of the capital.
For your arrival, a private shuttle awaits you at the airport and takes you directly to your hotel.
Night at the Best Western Zen Hotel 3*

Sovereignty, Lake Gatún and El Valle
Panama City → Soberania
In the morning, your English-speaking/Spanish-speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel for an immersion in the jungle of Soberania.
You will start with a boat tour on the Gatún Lake, ideal for observing local wildlife, with the possibility of seeing monkeys, toucans and crocodiles.
You will then continue with a visit to a sloth sanctuary, dedicated to their rehabilitation.
Duration of the excursion: 5 hours
Panama City → Anton Valley
In the early afternoon, you will benefit from a transfer to El Valle de Anton for the rest of your journey.

El Valle: walks and springs
Today, you discover a mountain offering a green valley and a flowered village, ideal for enjoying a slower pace. There, you'll have many choices of hiking trails, among waterfalls and natural pools.
Among the possible activities, you can opt for a visit to the butterfly greenhouse, the serpentarium, the hot springs or the local market, a lively place to experience the culture of Anton Valley with craftsmanship, local specialties and fresh fruit.
For a more peaceful discovery, you can also rent bikes: from the main avenue, tree-lined alleyways reveal the peaceful atmosphere of the village.

Flight for David and road to Boquete
From Vallée d'Antón
In the morning, you will be transferred to the Albrook Airport in Panama City.
To David
Then you will take a flight of approximately 50 minutes to David, in the region of Chiriquí and Boquete
David → Boquete
Upon your arrival in David, a transfer of approximately 40 minutes will take you to your hotel, located in the heart of the village of Boquete.

Boquete: Trails and Activities
From the Pacific coast of the isthmus, these highlands offer a natural setting with a cooler climate, home to the quetzal, the sacred bird of the Maya and Aztec peoples. It is also in these forests that some of the world's best coffees are cultivated.
On the peaks of the province of Chiriquí and Boquete, the landscapes vary between relief and humid tropical forests, with views where clouds change throughout the day. You can put on your hiking boots and set off on the trails of the region, well-maintained if you wish to explore them independently.
If you are interested in more dynamic activities, you can also consider rafting or zip-lining. Your hotel offers a wide range of activities and can help you book your excursions.
Night at the Boquete Garden Inn 3* superior hotel

Bocas del Toro: arrival in Bastimentos
You will benefit from a private transfer to Almirante, the port of Bocas del Toro, from where you will take a water taxi (*7 USD per person) heading to Isla Colón, in the Bocas del Toro archipelago.
Then, your host will pick you up directly on Isla Colón to take you to his Bastimentos island.
Located on the northwest coast of Panama, near the border with Costa Rica, the Bocas del Toro region consists of nine large islands and numerous islets, bathed by the warm and clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.
During your stay, several activities are possible:
island discovery on foot, along trails through the jungle
beaches, coves and relaxation
