Upon your arrival in Tokyo, you go through customs formalities and collect your baggage. An English-speaking assistant welcomes you at the airport and accompanies you by public transport, then by taxi, to your hotel. During this journey of approximately one hour, they hand over your travel documents and provide you with the information necessary for a smooth stay in Japon.

Along the way, Tokyo gradually reveals itself to you. Capital of Japon and prefecture in its own right, it extends over a vast urban area grouping more than 42 million inhabitants. Its dense urban landscape illustrates the scale and organization of this metropolis.

At the heart of this urban area, you discover Tokyo's districts with distinctive identities, each presenting an atmosphere and characteristics that contribute to Tokyo's diversity.

You start your discovery of Japon with an immersion in the heart of Tokyo. From the morning, the city familiarizes you with its public transportation network, a central element of local life. Exploring Tokyo naturally involves taking a trip on the subway, getting closest to the daily life of residents.

You take The Yamanote circular line. This route offers views of glass buildings and steel structures, while crossing through several of the most popular neighborhoods: Shinjuku, known for its skyscrapers, Shibuya, with its bustling intersection and shops, as well as Akihabara the district for computer enthusiasts, associated with the world of electronics and manga.

At the end of the day, you reach The artificial island of Odaiba, a sector focused on leisure and the waterfront. From this space overlooking the bay, you observe Tokyo at nightfall, when the city adorns itself with lights.

The day continues in a traditional local restaurant, an opportunity to taste sushi and discover an emblematic specialty of Japanese cuisine.

During this new day of discovering Tokyo, we enthusiastically and delightfully explore its charming alleys and idyllic gardens.

As an option, we can participate in workshops dedicated to immersion in Japanese traditional craftsmanship. Ideal for spending a privileged moment with your children!

Among the possible activities, there is notably origami design and sushi preparation. Experts in traditional art share the technique with us. It will be a great opportunity to create your own travel souvenirs.

Late in the afternoon, you observe Tokyo as the light gradually fades and the city changes atmosphere.

For dinner, you can discover Monja-yaki, a preparation served on a heated plate, to share in a friendly atmosphere.

Namba District is not limited to nighttime entertainment. One of its emblematic alleys, "Den Den Town", brings together many shops related to geek culture. During the day, video game enthusiasts, manga fans, merchandise collectors and electronics lovers can stroll through and observe this facet of Japanese popular culture.

Nearby, you can also make a stop at "Namba Park", a shopping center with contemporary architecture incorporating green spaces, offering another perspective on the urban environment.

As night falls, Osaka City changes atmosphere and certain districts become more lively. You can then explore the entertainment district of Namba, crossed by the famous Dotombori Street and its canal, an area associated with outings and illuminated shops. It is also possible to head to Shinsekai District, also called the "New World".

These two areas allow you to observe a more alternative and vibrant facet of Osaka's urban culture.

The thousand-year-old city of Kyoto brings together a dense cultural heritage, marked by the presence of numerous religious buildings. The city has nearly 2000 shrines and temples, witnesses to its spiritual and artistic history.

During your stay, you will not be able to discover all of them, but you will visit several major sites, including The Golden Pavilion Kinkaku, the garden of Ryoan-ji temple and The Silver Pavilion (Ginkaku temple.

Depending on your free time, you can also rent bicycles to ride along the banks of the Kamo River, if conditions permit. Otherwise, walks to the summit of Mount Hiei or to the side of Mount Arashiyama and its bamboo grove offer other ways to discover the surroundings.

In the evening, shabu-shabu is a highly recommended dish for dinner! This specialty is a real treat for the taste buds. It is a Japanese fondue where you dip thin slices of meat into various vegetable broths.

Kyoto also offers activities beyond its shrines and temples. You can visit Eigamura theme park, a space dedicated to the world of historical Japanese cinema. On-site, it is possible to stroll in traditional attire (armor, kimono, etc.) amid sets inspired by the Edo period and samurai films.

The site also includes a haunted house, demonstrations or ninja shows, as well as a 3D cinema.

You can also visit the International Manga Museum, which houses a vast collection of works as well as temporary exhibitions.

To end the day on a delicious note, you can choose to enjoy tempura. This Japanese specialty consists of battered and fried shrimp, seafood and vegetables, widely appreciated in local cuisine.
