You begin your discovery with the historic and political center of the capital: the Obelisk, a symbol of Buenos Aires that overlooks Avenue 9 de Julio, the Teatro Colon and the famous central square, Plaza de Mayo, which houses the historic seat of political power.

You then continue with the San Telmo neighborhood: covered passages and galleries, typical cafés in the purest porteño style, antique shops… Locals and tourists mingle in a good-natured atmosphere in this historic bohemian neighborhood full of character. A famous open-air flea market is held every Sunday around Dorrego Square.

You end your visit with the picturesque La Boca neighborhood by walking through the alley with brightly colored old houses of El Caminito, a meeting place between painters, tango dancers and singers.

Your day begins in the Recoleta neighborhood, characterized by numerous colonial houses, often former residences of historical figures, currently inhabited by powerful Argentine families. Its European architectural influence sometimes gives it the appearance of Paris's 15th arrondissement, punctuated by parks, plane trees and bougainvilleas.

You make a stop at the Pacifico shopping gallery, with its French architecture dating from 1889, its vaulted ceilings and luxury shops. This superb complex is one of the favorite places of Argentines.

You continue with a visit to the Recoleta Cemetery where numerous celebrities, writers and politicians rest. The most famous and still revered to this day is the tomb of Evita Peron, the legendary wife of President Peron. Craft market on Plaza Francia on weekends and contemporary temporary exhibitions at the Recoleta cultural center for the curious.

The discovery continues in the Palermo neighborhood, a residential area that is both quiet and lively, with shaded streets lined with many shops, cafés and restaurants. You take time to stroll through the Tres de Febrero park, inaugurated in 1875, which is one of the main green spaces in the city.

This morning, you leave the city center to reach an outlying neighborhood in Buenos Aires and discover the Feria de Mataderos, a true meeting place for locals, far from tourist areas.

You stroll through the heart of the market among Argentine folk dancers, craftspeople and parrilla (grilled meat) stands. The diversity of typical dishes allows you to taste popular Argentine gastronomy in a convivial atmosphere.

You then observe the demonstrations of gaucho skills on horseback as well as dancers, to the rhythm of zambas and chacareras melodies. It's an ideal moment for those who appreciate local life and authenticity.

You then head to the Liniers market, the country's main livestock sales venue. There, you watch the auctions led by gauchos, which set the pace of this large market.

You are heading to Luján de Cuyo on a private excursion, accompanied by an English-speaking sommelier guide. You visit prestigious wineries where winemakers and oenologists welcome you personally to share their passion and have you taste their wines.

You begin with the bodega Viña Alicia, the experimental winery of the Arizu family (Luigi Bosca). Visiting Viña Alicia means entering a true viticultural paradise, a family winery run by a passionate viticulturist and historian of his craft. The 25-hectare vineyard, located in Luján de Cuyo, is considered an "agronomic laboratory" thanks to nearly 50 exotic varieties and clonal selections. Viña Alicia is a pioneer in non-traditional varieties such as Nebbiolo, Garnacha, Mencía, Nero d'Avola, Monastrell, Bruñal, Savagnin; a direct link to the history of global viticulture, which allows it to produce premium wines resulting from this oenological research.

You then head to Domaine Saint-Diego, one of the most charming vineyards in Mendoza, where Ángel Mendoza produces organic and sparkling wines. His vineyard, one of the rare ones cultivated in terraces in Mendoza, reflects the work of an emblematic figure in Argentine viticulture, a true living memory of this world.

You continue with a visit to Ver Sacrum. Eduardo Soler welcomes you personally at his Maison La Cayetana. While telling you anecdotes about the place, you taste the Geisha de Jade, an elegant Roussanne-Marsanne wine with Rhône-style character. The table is set under the pergola or by the fireplace in winter, to share local cuisine prepared with organic produce from the garden.

Return to Mendoza in the late afternoon.

This morning, you depart in a small Spanish and English-speaking group with Daniel, a gaucho who opens the doors of his daily life to you.

You begin by sharing with him and his family the ritual of Argentine mate, accompanied by sopaipillas (warm fried pastries). It's a simple and warm moment, ideal for connecting and taking your time.

Once the horses are saddled, you set off on your first 2-hour horseback ride in the heart of the Andes mountains. The path takes you to altitude until you reach your asado location, at nearly 3,000 m, with a clear view of the Andes and Lake Potrerillos.

After this typical lunch, you resume your horseback journey for approximately 2 more hours before returning to the estancia. Throughout the day, landscapes succeed one another, nature is very present and you can observe guanacos and condors.

Return to Mendoza, with an expected arrival around 18:00.

Unusual night at Villa Mansa Wine Hotel & Spa in a luxury barrel called "Cuvée Suite".

You are heading to the Uco Valleyon a private excursion, accompanied by an English-speaking sommelier guide. On the program: discovering this new wine eldorado, still preserved from tourist crowds.

You follow an itinerary designed to take you through three emblematic terroirs: Vista Flores, Los Chacayes and Gualtallary. At each estate, tastings are organized around the house's finest wines, then you enjoy lunch with a remarkable view of Tupungato volcano. This day in the Uco Valley will leave a lasting memory.

You start with the DiamAndes bodega, located within the prestigious Clos de los Siete. Award-winning for its architecture and gardens, this winery impresses as much for its setting as for the winemaking technology it houses. You taste 5 wines paired with 3 varieties of cheeses, while discovering the history and particularities of the estate.

You continue with the Piedra Negra bodega, the first estate established in the Uco Valley. Guided since its beginnings by the Lurton family, the estate has been producing beautiful white wines with varied grape varieties (Tokaj, Pinot Gris, Viognier…) as well as elegant reds for over 22 years. Throughout the visit, you taste some of their finest wines and vintage years, starting with a glass of rosé on the terrace with a view of the Andes cordillera.

On the way back, you stop at Domaine Bousquet for lunch, served facing a panorama open to the Andes. The estate has one of the most recognized organic vineyards in Argentina. The Bousquet family, originally from southern France, continues a winemaking tradition spanning four generations. The Gaia restaurant, a contemporary bistro run by executive chef Adrian Baggio, highlights the estate's organic products and regional fare.

Your guide will pick you up at your hotel to visit the Iguazu Park, located approximately 18 km from Puerto Iguazu, on the Argentine side. The excursion is conducted in a private service with an English-speaking guide.

The Iguazu Falls, in the province of Misiones, always surprise and often exceed expectations. As they say on site, you contemplate the falls from Brazil and you experience them from Argentina. They are formed by a drop of approximately 70 meters from the Iguazu River and comprise nearly 275 falls.

In the morning, you begin with the upper circuit, which offers several panoramic viewpoints of the falls. You then continue with the lower circuit, from which you can observe, among others, the Dos Hermanas falls and San Martín Island.

Free time for lunch on site.

In the afternoon, you continue your discovery with the circuit of the "Garganta del Diablo". A trail leads you to the viewpoint facing the "Devil's Gorge", a powerful waterfall approximately 150 meters long and 80 meters high, enveloped in dense mist.

Departure from your hotel to reach the waterfalls on the Brazilian side, in private service, accompanied by an English-speaking guide.

You take a route of approximately 1,200 meters, punctuated by walkways and viewpoints. This path first leads you to the secondary waterfalls Floriano and Teodoro Da Fonseca, then to those of Santa Maria, where you enjoy a wide panorama over San Martín island and all the waterfalls.

Panoramic helicopter flight included (10–15 min): you fly over the waterfalls, and particularly the Devil's Gorge, during a panoramic helicopter flight, an experience full of thrills.

After breakfast, you enjoy a free morning at El Ombu de Areco.

You can relax using the property's facilities: a moment by the pool, a walk in the park on foot or on horseback… Depending on your preferences, several activities are possible: walk in the shade of century-old trees (oak, araucaria, eucalyptus, magnolia), ride one of the horses from the stable to accompany the gauchos with the cattle, or let yourself be carried away on a sulky ride (carriage). Depending on the time of year, you can also witness certain daily tasks of the gauchos, such as milking cows or vaccination.
