Arrival in South Korea
Arrival at Seoul Incheon airport, optional transfer to accommodation.
First Discoveries in Seoul
Start the day in hanbok, the traditional Korean outfit to visit the Gyeongbokgung palace, jewel of the Joseon dynasty, before strolling through Bukchon, a hanok village with charming traditional houses.
Continue with the Jogyesa temple, emblem of Korean Buddhism, then a walk through the artistic alleys of Insadong. Take a break along the Cheonggyecheon, then visit the Gwangjang market in a 100% local atmosphere.
End your sightseeing at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza.
At the Heart of Contrasts
Start this day by discovering Lotte Tower, which rises to 555 meters in height and offers a panoramic view of Seoul. You then continue your itinerary with a visit to the Bongeunsa Temple, a place conducive to serenity in the heart of the capital.
Continue your immersion by strolling through the alleys of Namdaemun Market, one of the oldest markets in Corée du Sud, where traditions and local life blend together.
Then gain some height at the Namsan Mount (Gyeongju) to admire a new panorama of Seoul (cable car access included, tower not included).
End your day in the lively district of Myeongdong, renowned for its many shops, cosmetics brands and street food, in a vibrant atmosphere.
Heritage and Culture in Andong
Take the road towards Andong, considered one of the main cultural cradles of Corée du Sud.
You will attend the famous mask dance performance (show closed on Mondays), before continuing with the discovery of the traditional village of Hahoe, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Stroll between the period houses and discover an atmosphere inherited from the Joseon dynasty, where traditions are still present.
The day ends with a visit to the Byeongsanseowon Confucian academy, a place dedicated to teaching and wisdom, nestled in a peaceful natural environment.
Gyeongju, Open-Air Museum
Head to Gyeongju, the ancient capital of the Silla dynasty, and discover its many remnants that testify to its rich historical past. Through your visits, explore the Daereungwon royal tombs, the Cheomseongdae observatory, considered the oldest in Asia, as well as the Choi residence, a symbol of aristocratic life during that era.
At the end of the day, admire the Woljeonggyo bridge, then head to Anapji pond, where moonlight reflections create a particularly pleasant setting.
Discovering Korean Culture and Spirituality
Start the day by discovering the Bulguksa Temple and the Seokguram Grotto, two treasures from the Silla period inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
Continue the afternoon with an immersive experience at the Golgulsa Temple, a place carved into a rocky hillside, conducive to calm and the discovery of Korean spiritual traditions.
On the program: meditation, introduction to Sunmudo, traditional martial art, tea session with monks and archery.
End this rich day of discoveries with a vegetarian dinner.
Busan, Warm Metropolis of the South
Head south with a first stop at the Tongdosa Temple, a Buddhist site listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, which houses Buddhist relics.
Upon your arrival in Busan, explore the cultural village of Gamcheon, recognizable by its colorful houses built on a hillside, often nicknamed the "Machu Picchu of Korea".
Optionally, enjoy a cable car ride over Songdo Bay to admire the coastal views.
End the day at the Jagalchi Fish Market, the largest in Korea, for an immersion into local life and maritime traditions.
Preserved Nature and Biodiversity in Suncheon
Discover the Suncheon region, renowned for its preserved natural landscapes.
Start with the Suncheon Botanical Garden, a true space dedicated to biodiversity, where millions of rare plants and flowers grow.
Continue with Suncheon Bay, a vast wetland area that welcomes over 140 species of migratory birds.

At the gates of Seoul, discover Suwon, a city inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
Explore the Hwaseong Palace, former royal residence, then continue with the Hwaseong Fortress and its impressive defensive walls, composed of its four original gates. This site testifies to the military expertise developed under the Joseon dynasty.

The information below applies to travelers who are nationals of the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, and Canada traveling to South Korea for tourism purposes. Entry regulations may change, so we recommend verifying information with official authorities before your departure.
Passport
To enter South Korea, your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your planned stay and have at least one blank page for immigration stamps.
The document must be in good condition (no damaged, torn, or altered pages).
Visa-exempt tourism stay
Nationals of the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and Canada are eligible for visa exemption for tourism stays.
This exemption allows stays of up to 90 days on South Korean territory. This period is generally not extendable on site for tourism purposes.
Authorities may also request:
an outbound travel ticket (return flight or onward travel),
proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your stay,
an accommodation address in South Korea.
Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA)
Nationals eligible for visa exemption must in principle obtain a K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) before departure.
However, South Korea has implemented a temporary suspension of the K-ETA requirement for many countries eligible for visa exemption, including EEA member states, Switzerland, and Canada. This suspension has been extended multiple times; you should verify its current status before departure on the official South Korean authorities website.
When K-ETA is required, the application is submitted online and requires:
passport information,
a recent photograph,
flight and accommodation details in South Korea.
The application must be submitted at least 72 hours before departure. A digital confirmation is issued upon approval.
Traveling with children
Minors must hold their own valid passport covering the duration of the stay.
In some European countries, when a minor travels without one of their parents, an authorization to leave the territory may be required according to the regulations of the country of residence.
Other nationalities
Entry conditions may vary depending on nationality. Affected travelers should contact the embassy or consulate of South Korea in their country of residence.
