Pristina, Kosovo
Pristina → Mitrovica
After breakfast, start a guided tour of Pristina, the newest and smallest capital of the Balkans. It already has all the makings of a major metropolis with a vibrant Pristina city centre featuring numerous cafés and restaurants.
Lunch at a traditional agritourism restaurant serving local and organic products to discover excellent Albanian gastronomy.
You will head towards Mitrovica, for a tour of the most divided city in the Balkans. Since 1999, the Ibar River with its bridge has served as a border between the small North Mitrovica, predominantly Serb, and the large South Mitrovica, essentially populated by Albanians.
Mitrovica → Pristina
On your way back to Pristina, make a stop at Gazimestan Memorial.
Built in 1953, it represents the famous Battle of Kosovo Polje, which took place on June 15, 1389, in which a coalition of Balkan forces faced the rapidly expanding Ottoman Empire.
Pristina - Peja, Kosovo
After breakfast, head to Peja, the largest city in western Kosovo located at the foot of the Rugova mountains and gorges.
Visit the White Drin Waterfall, take a walk to the summit where you will reach the caves "of Sleeping Beauty" for an interior tour of the galleries sculpted over centuries by the force of water.

After lunch, visit the Patriarchal Monastery of Peja, one of the strongholds of Orthodox religion in the region. Admire its many well-preserved frescoes as well as the calm and serene atmosphere present in this place.
Visit the Ethnological Museum of Peja where you will immerse yourself in the traditional life of Kosovars in the 20th century.
Drop off your luggage at the hotel and enjoy the Spa.

Peja - Decani - Gjakova - Rahovec - Prizren, Kosovo
After breakfast, head to the Visoki Decani Monastery. A monument dating from the 14th century and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, you will be able to admire its frescoes which represent one of the pinnacles of Serbian art, powerfully inspired by Byzantine art, particularly by the Church of the Holy Saviour in Constantinople.
You will then visit a "Kula", a traditional Albanian house to discover the way of life of the Albanian villages in former times.
Take the road to Gjakova, a charming city in Kosovo with its authentic old town and its many craft shops.
Meeting with local craftspeople subject to availability who practice trades that no longer exist in Western Europe. You will discover makers of "Plis" (traditional Albanian hat), "diep" (wooden cradles) as well as Albanian seamstresses.
Prizren, Kosovo
After breakfast, guided tour of Prizren, cultural and historical capital of Kosovo. Surrounded by mountainous landscapes, discover the old Ottoman center of the city where the Lumbardhi river flows.
Its cobblestone streets and tea salons in the old bazaar give Prizren a unique Ottoman charm.
You will visit three religious complexes located nearby: the Sinan Pacha Mosque, the Orthodox Cathedral of Saint George and the Catholic Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
Also visit the Albanian League of Prizren, the first league for the defense of Albanian rights established in the late nineteenth century.
Lunch in a traditional restaurant in Prizren.
Free time to visit the Prizren Fortress for a breathtaking view of the city.
Possibility to visit a filigree manufacturing, traditional Albanian jewelry originating in ancient Egypt.
Prizren - Gračanica, Kosovo
After lunch, head towards Gračanica through the Sharr mountains.
Possibility of stopping in a village for Sharr cheese tasting (subject to availability).
Visit Ulpiana, the country's largest archaeological site spanning 33 hectares. It contains the remains of a Roman city founded by Emperor Trajan at the turn of the 1st century AD.
Head to Janjevo, an abandoned Croatian village. Enjoy a visit that will trace the history of the Croatian community that settled in Janjevo in the 14th century. An important economic hub for Croats who worked alongside Saxons in the mines of Novo Brdo and Kopaonik.
You will then reach Gračanica, a Serbian village located 10 minutes from Pristina.
Drop off your luggage at the hotel and free time in magnificent natural surroundings.

After breakfast, visit the Gračanica Monastery listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
You will head towards the "Bear Sanctuary", a park where many bears previously held captive in private restaurants in Kosovo and Albania were released.
Then head to Kukaj, a small village rebuilt in its original style located in the mountains where you will taste a traditional Albanian meal such as Flija (traditional pie) prepared in front of you by local women.
After lunch, go to the Novo Brdo Castle situated on the heights of a plateau offering a splendid panoramic view of the region. (4-hour hiking option available for groups limited to 20 people).

Return to Gračanica.

Passport
To enter Kosovo, your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your stay and must have at least one blank page for immigration stamps.
The document must be in good condition (no damaged, torn or altered pages).
Tourist stay without visa
Nationals of the European Economic Area, Switzerland and Canada benefit from a visa exemption for tourist stays in Kosovo.
This exemption allows a stay of up to 90 days within a 180-day period from the date of entry into the territory.
Authorities may also request:
a return travel document (return flight or onward journey),
proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your stay,
a hotel booking or a residential address during your stay.
Entry formalities
Upon arrival in Kosovo, travelers must present themselves to immigration services and may be required to provide:
information relating to their passport
details of their flight or means of transport
the address of their first accommodation in Kosovo
An entry stamp will be affixed to your passport by Kosovo immigration services. It is recommended to keep this stamp, as it may be requested when leaving the territory.
Traveling with children
Minors must hold their own valid passport covering the duration of the stay.
In certain European countries, when a minor travels without one of their parents, an authorization to leave the territory may be required according to the regulations of the country of residence.
Other nationalities
Entry conditions may vary depending on nationality. Affected travelers should contact the embassy or consulate of Kosovo in their country of residence, or the competent Kosovo authorities.
