Arrival in Santiago – guided city tour
Upon your arrival at Santiago airport in the morning, you are welcomed by your driver and your English-speaking guide, who accompany you to your hotel.
You then set off to discover the capital with your guide, starting with La Moneda Palace, the current workplace of the president. You then walk to the Plaza de Armas (800m), at the heart of the historic center.
Then, you head towards the famous Mercado Central de Santiago, a traditional and lively place. You can stroll between the fish and seafood stalls and, if you wish, have lunch at this location in a local restaurant.
Finally, you will gain height by enjoying the panoramic view offered by Colline San Cristóbal de Santiago (+ 300m). After taking the funicular up, you will walk a few minutes to reach the summit, before descending by cable car.
You will be back at the hotel around 6pm.

Santiago – Punta Arenas – Puerto Natales
Santiago → Punta Arenas
Your driver accompanies you to Santiago airport, heading to Patagonia.
Punta Arenas → Puerto Natales
Arrival in Punta Arenas, one of the world's southernmost cities, where you will be welcomed by your driver for a transfer to Puerto Natales, gateway to Park Torres del Paine.
You are then free to discover Puerto Natales, a small port town located on the edge of Señoret Canal.

Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers
You will depart early in the morning for a full day of navigation * on the fjord Última Esperanza with your English-speaking guide.
You will be able to observe the Glaciers Balmaceda from the boat, then, further north, you will take a short trail to reach the foot of the impressive Serrano glacier.
Throughout the excursion, you will discover the incredible Patagonian fauna and flora: waterfalls, canelos, birds, sea lions, sea wolves… A typical meal will await you at the Perales estancia.
Zodiac ride up the Serrano river with spectacular views of the Campo de Hielo Sur glacier and the endemic forest of Patagonia, to reach the Serrano sector of the National Park Torres del Paine.
Return to Puerto Natales by road with arrival around 5:30 PM.
*in case of bad weather the following options are offered to you: swap days 4 and 5 in order to do the excursion the next day or refund of the excursion.

Puerto Natales – Torres del Paine National Park
You will leave early in the morning towards the Park Torres del Paine.
On the way, you will make a first stop to visit the Milodon Cave (where remains of Milodon, a kind of giant sloth that lived in prehistoric times, were found) then a second stop at Cerro Castillo (optional).
You will then enter the park, where you will observe flora and fauna of exceptional richness throughout the day.
You will start by skirting Laguna Amarga and Nordenskjöld and Pehoé lakes, bodies of water with emerald colors. You will gradually be able to make out the famous Cuernos del Paine (3 granite towers that gave their name to the park).
You will then head towards Salto Grande, a sumptuous waterfall where you can admire the Cuernos in all their splendor.
You will have lunch in front of this grandiose landscape, before taking a short hike (20 minutes) in the woods to reach the viewpoint and enjoy this unique panorama.
You will be back in Puerto Natales around 7:30 PM.

Puerto Natales – Isla Magdalena – Punta Arenas
Puerto Natales → Punta Arenas
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer at 08:30 from your hotel in Puerto Natales to Punta Arenas. Arrival around 11:30 AM.
Free time to have lunch and discover Punta Arenas.
Suggestions:
Plaza de Arma: main square located in the heart of the historic center
Cerro de la Cruz: just a few blocks from Plaza de Armas, this viewpoint offers you a panoramic view of the colorful houses of Punta Arenas.
Departure from your hotel at 1:15 PM with your driver to reach your meeting point on the port and board for a cruise* to the natural monument Los Pingüinos, located on Magdalena Island, in the Strait of Magellan (35 km from Punta Arenas).
Along the way, with a bit of luck, you may spot dolphins and sea lions. Once on the island, you will walk through the largest colony of Magellanic penguins in Chili.
You will return to Punta Arenas around 6:30 PM and transfer with your driver to your hotel.

After breakfast, you are transferred to Punta Arenas airport to take your flight to Calama(with a stopover in Santiago)

You are picked up at the airport and transferred to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama.

Rainbow Valley and lunar landscapes of the Atacama Desert
In the morning, you set off to discover the Domeyko mountains and the spectacular del Arcoiris valley, whose multicolored hills (red, green, blue, gray and purple) are sculpted by centuries of erosion and mineral deposits.
The visit continues in the Hierbas Buenas sector, known for its volcanic rock formations covered with petroglyphs testifying to the presence of pre-Columbian peoples.

Return to San Pedro de Atacama around 1 p.m.
We suggest that in your free time, you visit the Padre Le Paige Museum, which traces the history of the ancient civilizations of the region.
In the afternoon, head to the famous Valley of the Moon, a spectacular desert setting reminiscent of lunar landscapes. You will observe in particular the Las Tres Marías formations, sculpted by the wind and salt of the desert.
The day ends with a beautiful sunset over the arid reliefs of Atacama.
Return to your hotel expected around 7:30 p.m.

San Pedro de Atacama - Toconao - Atacama Salt Flat
San Pedro de Atacama → Salar de Atacama
In the early afternoon, you will head towards the Salar de Atacama, the largest salt desert in the country.
Surrounded by volcanoes and lunar landscapes, populated by pink flamingos, it is a surreal and memorable place.
You will head towards Laguna Chaxa, inhabited by many bird species.
Salar de Atacama → San Pedro de Atacama
You will finally visit the charming and picturesque village of Socaire, then the oasis village of Toconao, characterized by its houses made of volcanic stone and its church dating from the 18th century.
You will return to your hotel in late afternoon.

San Pedro de Atacama - Geysers del Tatio - Calama – Santiago
Very early departure in the morning to witness the splendid sunrise over the Altiplano, before observing the Geysers del Tatio, located at 4360 meters above sea level.
With its fumes creating large jets of steam that can reach 10 meters in height, they will offer you a stunning and unforgettable spectacle at dawn, while you enjoy a good breakfast. It is possible to swim in the natural pool.
You will descend by passing through the Andean village of Machuca.
You will return to your hotel around 12 noon and be transferred in the afternoon to Calama airport to take your flight to Santiago.
You will then go to your hotel, located a two-minute walk from the airport.

Santiago - Easter Island
You will go to the airport to take your flight to Easter Island (hotel located 2 minutes from the airport).
You will be welcomed at Mataveri airport with a flower garland, before being transferred to your hotel.
You are free for the rest of the day.

Easter Island
You will depart in the morning from the village of Hanga Roa, along the east coast of the island. You will visit the Vaihu temples, then the Akahanga site, remains of an ancient village in the south of the island.
According to tradition, the first king of the island Ariki Hotu Matu'a would be buried there. You will then head towards the archaeological complex Te Pito Kura, which houses the largest moai on the island.
You will have a picnic at midday. Then, you will head towards the quarry of the Rano Raraku volcano, where the moai were carved.
We will continue with a visit to Ahu Tongariki, the largest moai site on the island, then Nau Nau, one of the most beautiful moai platforms, located about a hundred meters from Anakena beach.
You will end the day by enjoying the beautiful Anakena beach.
You will return to your hotel at the end of the day.

Easter Island
Your English-speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel in the morning to visit the Tahai archaeological site (Ahu Vai Uri and Ahu Tahai) and discover the mysterious and iconic moai sculptures.
You will then observe the impressive Rano Kau volcano, composed of numerous small lakes, followed by the ancient ceremonial village of Orongo, which houses the largest concentration of petroglyphs.
You will return to your hotel before leaving for a second excursion in the afternoon.
You will begin with a visit to the Ahu Vinapu archaeological site, then continue to the Puna Pau quarry and its red volcanic stones, the Ahu Akivi temple, composed of seven identical moai aligned facing the ocean, and finish with the Te Pahu cave (large volcanic tunnel).
You will return to your hotel at the end of the afternoon.

Easter Island – Santiago
After breakfast, you will be transferred from the hotel to Mataveri Airport to catch your flight. A typical shell necklace will be offered to you.
Upon arrival in Santiago, a driver will be waiting for you to accompany you to your hotel.

Santiago – Valparaíso - Viña del Mar
Early in the morning, your English-speaking guide will meet you at your hotel to discover ''the pearl of the Pacific'', Valparaíso.
On the way, you will be able to discover the Curacaví agricultural valley and the Casablanca valley, renowned worldwide for its vineyards.
You will start your city tour from Plaza O'Higgins, where you can see the statue of the famous Bernardo O'Higgins (liberator of Chili) and, about a hundred meters away, Congress.
You will then continue with a visit to Parque Italia and La Sebastiana, one of the poet Pablo Neruda's house-museums.
Then, you will stroll through the colorful streets of Cerro Concepción, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view from Paseo Atkinson and Paseo Gervasoni.
You will continue towards Cerro Alegre via Paseo Yugoslavo, before descending by funicular to Plaza Sotomayor and Muelle Prat (port).
You will climb to the viewpoint of Paseo 21 de Mayo by funicular to enjoy a panoramic view of Valparaiso, then you will see the Church of La Matriz, El Mercurio (magnificent building housing the oldest Spanish-language newspaper in the world) and Plaza Victoria.
You will end the day with a visit to Viña del Mar, taking Avenida Perú, which runs along Acapulco beach.

Passeport
Pour entrer au Chili, votre passeport doit être valide pendant toute la durée de votre séjour. Il est toutefois fortement recommandé qu'il reste valide au moins six mois après la date d'entrée dans le pays et qu'il comporte au moins une page vierge pour les tampons d'immigration.
Le document doit être en bon état (pas de pages détériorées, déchirées ou modifiées).
Séjour touristique sans visa
Les ressortissants de l'Espace économique européen, de la Suisse et du Canada bénéficient d'une exemption de visa pour les séjours touristiques au Chili.
Cette exemption permet un séjour pouvant aller jusqu'à 90 jours lors de l'entrée sur le territoire. Une prolongation de 90 jours supplémentaires peut généralement être demandée sur place auprès du Département des étrangers et de la migration (Departamento de Extranjería y Migración).
Les autorités peuvent également demander :
un billet de sortie du territoire (vol retour ou continuation),
une preuve de ressources financières suffisantes pour la durée du séjour.

À l'arrivée au Chili, les voyageurs se voient remettre une Tarjeta de Turismo (carte de tourisme) par les services d'immigration chiliens.
Ce document est essentiel et doit être conservé précieusement pendant toute la durée du séjour. Il sera demandé lors de la sortie du territoire :
il atteste de votre statut de touriste en règle
il mentionne la durée de séjour autorisée
sa perte peut entraîner des complications lors du départ et nécessiter des démarches administratives auprès des autorités chiliennes
Santé
Aucun vaccin n'est obligatoire pour entrer au Chili en provenance de l'EEE, de la Suisse ou du Canada. Il est néanmoins conseillé de mettre à jour ses vaccinations courantes (diphtérie, tétanos, poliomyélite, hépatite A et B) avant le départ.
Pour les voyageurs se rendant dans des zones forestières ou rurales, notamment dans le sud du pays, des précautions contre le hantavirus, transmis par certains rongeurs, sont recommandées. Il est conseillé de consulter un médecin ou un centre de vaccination internationale avant le départ.
Voyage avec des enfants
Les mineurs doivent être titulaires de leur propre passeport valide couvrant la durée du séjour.
Dans certains pays européens, lorsqu'un mineur voyage sans l'un de ses parents, une autorisation de sortie du territoire peut être exigée selon la réglementation du pays de résidence. Les autorités chiliennes peuvent également demander une autorisation parentale notariée pour les mineurs voyageant sans leurs deux parents.
