Turquie reveals itself here through a journey blending trekking, nature and local immersion, between volcanic landscapes, Taurus mountains and Mediterranean coastline.
In Cappadocia, you explore on foot valleys sculpted by erosion, among fairy chimneys, troglodyte villages and rock-cut churches. The journey continues in the Taurus mountains, where you share the daily life of nomads during high-altitude hikes and nights under canvas.
You then reach the southern coast, where coastal paths, coves and ancient sites punctuate your route. Between swimming, Lycian remains and peaceful villages, you discover a Turquie that is both natural and cultural.
Finally, the tour ends in Antalya, between heritage, local atmosphere and moments of relaxation.

Arrival in Cappadocia
Kayseri → Cappadoce
Upon your arrival, you are welcomed and transferred to Cappadocia (approximately 1 hour drive). This journey allows you to gradually enter the characteristic landscapes of the region.
Upon arrival, check-in at your charming hotel, where you spend the night.

Hiking in the Red Valley
In the morning, bus transfer to Gömede Valley (approximately 10 minutes). You begin your hike in Pancarlık valley, characterized by its penitents and numerous fairy chimneys.
Along the way, you discover the churches of Kepez and Sarıca, dating from the 10th and 12th centuries, integrated into the natural landscape.
Lunch in a cave dwelling in Kızılçukur.
The hike continues in Kizilçukur Valley (red valley), recognizable by its red and pink hues. You observe the shapes sculpted by the erosion of wind and rain on volcanic rock: peaks, valleys, penitents and fairy chimneys succeed one another. This landscape is also marked by the presence of cave dwellings and churches, testifying to man's adaptation to this environment.

Discovering the White Valley
You start the day with a hike towards the village ofUçhisar through the White Valley (Bağlıdere vadisi). This vast valley is marked by large fairy chimneys with light hues, sometimes tinged with sulfur. Terraced crops extend at the foot of the rock formations.
You observe ancient troglodytic dwellings, today used as storage rooms or stables, whose openings carved into the tufa bear witness to the past occupation of the site.
At Uçhisar, you visit the fortress, an imposing mass of volcanic tufa located on a promontory overlooking the surrounding valleys of Cappadocia.
Picnic in a shaded area, then continue discovering the characteristic landscapes of the region.
In the afternoon, you continue your hike in the Güvercinlik valley (pigeon houses valley), which leads you to the village of Avcılar.

Zemi Valley - Kılıçlar Valley
Mustafapasa → Zemi valley
The descent of the Zeminderesi valley takes you through small isolated gardens, alternating with poplars and fruit trees, until you reach the famous "Valley of Love" in Göreme. This site stands out for its distinctive rock formations rising toward the sky.

You then continue your hiking in the Kiliçlar Valley, in the heart of Cappadocia, where tuffs with varied hues, fruit trees, ancient troglodytic dwellings, dovecotes and rock-cut churches succeed one another.

Arrival at the village of cavusin and return by bus to our accommodation.

The landscapes towards Mt. Taurus
In the morning, you travel by bus towards the Taurus Mountains (Toros Dağları).
On the way, you visit the Underground City of Derinkuyu, carved over 8 levels and reaching a depth of approximately 55 meters.
Arrival at Martı village, located at 1,550 meters altitude. Lunch with a local family.
The hike begins at Martıköy and continues for approximately two hours along the Ecemiş river, until Alagöz camp, also located at 1,550 meters altitude.
2 hours of hiking. No elevation change.
Dinner and overnight camping. Possibility of swimming in the clear waters.

Discovery hike to the village of Elekgölü
You set off on a hiking trip in the massif heading towards the village of Elekgölü. Along the way, you meet nomadic families with whom you share a moment of life. They welcome you in their tents and invite you to taste their local beverages.
You continue your progression through the Alabogaz gorge, marked by its high walls. The trail follows the bed of a river, which is dry at this time of year.
Hiking time: approximately 4 hours
Elevation gain: +350 m / 0 m
Dinner and overnight camping.

The Alaca Plateau (2450m.)
You set off on a hike towards the Alaca plateau, a privileged living space for semi-nomads.
Depending on the season, you may be invited to enter a nomadic tent and share a traditional drink made from liquefied yogurt.
You then return to the previous camp by taking the Oluk Sekisi valley.
Hiking time: 5 to 6 hours Elevation gain: +550 m / -550 m
Dinner and night under canvas.

Exploration of Konya
Bus departure towards the city of Konya (approximately 3 hours drive).
Upon arrival, discover Konya, former Anconium of the Greeks and Romans, today an important spiritual city in Turquie. You will visit notably the Mevlâna mausoleum, founder of the order of whirling dervishes, a place of contemplation for many pilgrims.
The visit also allows you to observe architectural elements inherited from the Seljuk period, notably through certain entrances of former palaces.
Lunch in Konya.
Late in the day, you head towards Lake Beyşehir (approximately 1 hour). Installation in a more peaceful setting on the shores of the lake.

The Walk from Phaselis to Tekirova
Minibus transfer to Tchamyouva (approximately 4 hours drive).
You start the day with a warm-up hike of approximately two hours. The trail runs along the sea and crosses a pine forest dotted with stone sarcophagi dating from the 2nd century BC, leading to the archaeological site of Phaselis.
At the foot of Mount Tahtalı (former Mount Olympus), you discover this ancient Greek city and its three ports, witnesses to its commercial activity. The visit allows you to observe a theatre, Hadrian's Gate, the acropolis, as well as remains of aqueducts, agoras, baths and traces of the Byzantine period.
Picnic on the site.
The hike continues along the beach, passing two submerged rocky points requiring you to walk through the water. Suitable sandals are recommended to avoid the rocks.
Transfer to Olympos and Çıralı, dinner and overnight stay.

Hike from Kapaklı to Kale
After breakfast, you will make a transfer of approximately 3h30 to Kapaklı village, the starting point of your hike to the village of Kale (Simena) – medieval village and castle.
On the way, stop in Demre to visit the site of the Ancient City of Myra. You will discover a necropolis carved into the cliff as well as a Roman theatre, notably known for its carved masks.
From Kapaklı, you begin a walk of approximately 2 hours on a flat trail, interrupted by two secluded coves ideal for swimming. Picnic during the hike.
You then reach the small port of Kale (formerly Simena), accessible only by sea or on foot. The village is distinguished by its flower-adorned waterfront houses and its numerous Lycian sarcophagi, some of which are partially submerged.
After the visit, a minibus saves you from the asphalt road section and takes you in approximately 15 minutes to your hotel in Uçagiz, located opposite the Kekova Island.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Kas and its lively and colorful alleyways.
Transfer to the city of Kaş. You will discover its Greek theatre as well as its lively and colorful alleyways.
After lunch, travel to the mountain village of Arsaköy (800 m altitude). On the way, stop at Patara Beach, known for its expanse of white sand, where you enjoy a swimming and picnic break. You also visit this Greco-Roman site, one of the main Lycian cities.
About 8 km further, you continue with the discovery of the ancient city of Xanthos, inscribed on the Unesco World Heritage list. According to Greek mythology, the twins Apollo and Artemis were raised there. The Xanthos River flows at the foot of the site.
You then head to Arsaköy, where you stay two nights with a local family, at a wine farm.

Walk around the village of Arsaköy
You will hike on the mountain that overlooks the Arsaköy village and the surrounding plains.
Picnic at the summit, then return to Arsaköy at the end of the day.
Hiking time: between 4h30 and 5h

From Arsaköy to Antalya
In the morning, return by bus to Antalya (approximately 3 hours drive).
Upon arrival, discover the city with its shaded boulevards, its old town with narrow streets lined with wooden Ottoman houses, its marina as well as its port dating from the time of Hadrian (around 130 AD).
You will also observe its mosques, including the Yivli Minareli, recognizable by its fluted minaret, built in the 13th century under the Seljuk sultan Alaeddin Keykubat.
The visit may include the archaeological museum, which features collections from the Paleolithic and Roman periods, as well as a moment of relaxation in a Turkish bath.
Check-in at the hotel for the last night.

Passeport
Pour entrer en Turquie, votre passeport doit être valide au minimum six mois après la date d'entrée dans le pays et comporter au moins une page vierge pour les tampons d'immigration.
Le document doit être en bon état (pas de pages détériorées, déchirées ou modifiées).
Certains ressortissants européens (notamment français, allemands et belges) peuvent entrer en Turquie avec une carte nationale d'identité en cours de validité. Il est toutefois conseillé de voyager avec un passeport valide afin d'éviter tout désagrément.
Séjour touristique sans visa
Les ressortissants de l'Espace économique européen et de la Suisse bénéficient d'une exemption de visa pour les séjours touristiques.
Cette exemption permet un séjour pouvant aller jusqu'à 90 jours sur une période de 180 jours sur le territoire turc.
Les ressortissants canadiens sont quant à eux soumis à l'obtention d'un e-visa avant leur départ, disponible sur le portail officiel des autorités turques. Ce visa électronique autorise généralement un séjour touristique de 30 jours.
Les autorités peuvent également demander :
un billet de sortie du territoire (vol retour ou continuation),
une preuve de ressources financières suffisantes pour la durée du séjour,
une réservation d'hébergement pour la durée du séjour.

Bien que les ressortissants de l'EEE et de la Suisse soient exemptés de visa, les voyageurs canadiens doivent obligatoirement obtenir un e-visa turc avant leur arrivée via le portail officiel evisa.gov.tr.
