Lima
Upon your arrival in Lima, your driver welcomes you at the airport and accompanies you to your hotel, for a peaceful start to your stay.
You spend the night at the Hotel 3B Barranco's Bed & Breakfast, in a standard room, in the Barranco district.

Gourmand Barranco and Flight to Arequipa
In Lima, you enjoy a gastronomic city tour in Barranco, one of the most artistic and bohemian neighborhoods of the capital. During this 4-hour gourmet walk, you discover several classics of Peruvian gastronomy as well as different emblematic drinks of the country.
This experience is also an opportunity to exchange with local hosts and learn more about the preparation of ceviche and pisco sour. Throughout the visit, you also discover the historical and cultural dimensions linked to the dishes you taste.
At the end of this culinary discovery, your driver takes you to Lima airport for your domestic flight to Arequipa. Upon arrival, a transfer is arranged to your hotel.

Arequipa, the White City of the Andes
Welcome to Arequipa, the white city of the Andes! This name echoes its architecture built in sillar, a white volcanic stone from the volcanoes that surround the city.
During your guided city tour of Arequipa, you discover the history of this city conquered by the Incas, who developed rich agriculture there in the heart of a desert environment. Throughout the visit, you also enjoy its pleasant climate and the beauty of its colonial buildings.
You visit notably the Santa Catalina Convent, often presented as a true city within a city. You also get to know the mummy Juanita, a witness to the cult rendered by the Incas to the Apus, the tutelary spirits of the mountains.

Exploration of the Colca Canyon
Early in the morning, you head towards Chivay, with beautiful views of the cordillera volcanoes throughout the journey. You then cross the Pampa Cañahuas National Reserve, where you will have the opportunity to observe herds of vicuñas.
Upon arrival at the village, situated in the heart of lush terraces over 1,500 years old, you enjoy lunch before checking into the hotel.
In the afternoon, if you wish, you set off on foot from the hotel towards the ruins of Uyo Uyo, an ancient Inca village perched at 3,000 meters altitude.
You then make your way back to the hotel, with the option to return via the hot springs.
You spend the night at the Tradicion Colca Hotel, in a standard room.

Condor's Cross and immersion in Canocota
Rising early, you first head to the Condor's Cross, an observation point overlooking the Colca Canyon, where you may have the chance to admire the flight of condors.
You then follow the canyon to the villages of Pinchollo and Maca, before continuing to Canocota, where your host family awaits you for lunch.
In the afternoon, you go for a walk in the countryside with your host, who shares their traditions and culture with you.
In the evening, after sharing dinner, you continue this exchange through stories and legends told by your host.
You spend the night with a local family in Canocota, in a standard room.

Gentle hiking in the heart of Colca
After breakfast, it's already time to say goodbye to your host. You then begin a hike of approximately 2h30 along the Colca canyon, until the village of Chivay.

Upon arrival, you have your meal before continuing your journey to your next destination.
You then board the bus from Chivay to Puno, with a few stops along the way to enjoy the landscapes of the high plateaus.
Upon arrival, a group transfer is arranged, then you spend the night at the Colonial Plaza Puno, in a standard room.

Immersion on Lake Titicaca in Llachon
Today, you begin an immersive experience with a local family. Your host picks you up in Puno, then you head together to Puno port. You then board for Llachon, on the Capachica peninsula.
Along the way, you can, if you wish, make a stop on the Uros Titinos islands to learn more about the daily life of populations living in this environment.
Upon arrival, you share lunch with your host family.
In the afternoon, you can accompany them in their activities. Depending on the season and time, these can vary: fieldwork, hiking on the peninsula, discovery of local plants or stone carving.
In the evening, you dine with your hosts and spend the night with them, for a break close to local life.

Traditional Fishing on Lake Titicaca
Today, you set off fishing in the company of your host. This allows you to discover one of the traditional activities of the region and learn more about its importance in the daily life of the inhabitants of Llachon and Lake Titicaca.
Back on the peninsula, you continue discovering local customs and traditions.
You then share lunch with your host family, before continuing on to your next destination.
During this day, you also have the possibility, if you wish, to go kayaking on Lake Titicaca. For several hours, you paddle on the world's highest navigable lake, for an active water experience.
You spend the night at Las Casitas del Titicaca, in a standard room.

Route of the Sun towards Raqchi
Today, your driver takes you from Puno to Raqchi along the Route of the Sun, an itinerary that crosses beautiful natural landscapes in Pérou. Several stops are planned along the way to discover lesser-known sites.
During the day, you will be able to admire the Tinajani Canyon, recognized for its rock formations.
At the end of the day, you arrive at Raqchi, a village known for its handicrafts and traditional pottery. On site, ceramicists keep alive an ancestral craft, in a place marked by Inca culture.
You spend the night at Casa vivencial Raqchi, within the Raqchi community.

Palcoyo and Raqchi Inca site
This morning, you begin your day with an encounter with Inca history through a visit to the Raqchi archaeological site. This place is home to the Temple of Wiracocha, a vast Inca construction surrounded by remains that reflect the rich past of this civilization.
You then continue towards the rainbow mountain range of Palcoyo, located at nearly 5,000 meters altitude. Unlike the famous Vinicunca, this region offers an accessible alternative for observing Pérou's colored mountains, in a natural setting marked by the diversity of hues.
Once there, you enjoy a trek at Palcoyo, ideal for exploring these landscapes. At a first stop, you learn more about the geological formation of these mountains and the origin of their natural colors.
After this break in the heart of the Andean landscapes, you meet your driver in the parking lot to head back.
You spend the night at Hotel Andenes del Sol, in a standard room.

Cusco, Incan heritage and historic center
Immerse yourself in Cusco, the ancient capital of the Incas, through a visit that takes you in the footsteps of its rich cultural heritage. You begin with the Inca temples that dominate the city, testimony to the greatness of this empire.
You then continue with the discovery of Cusco's historic center, where Spanish colonial architecture blends with Inca foundations through churches, palaces and museums. As you tour, you also walk through paved streets lined with Inca walls, remnants still very much present in the city.
Depending on your interests and available time, the itinerary is tailored to help you discover Cusco from a more personal angle.

Chinchero, Maras and Ollantaytambo
Chinchero → Sacred Valley
Departure to the Sacred Valley.
First stop of the day at Chinchero, a charming Andean village where you attend a demonstration in a textile workshop. You discover ancestral weaving and natural dyeing techniques, passed down since the Inca era.
The visit continues towards Moray, an archaeological site in the shape of a circular amphitheater, formerly used as an Inca agricultural laboratory. Thanks to your guide's explanations, you understand how these terraces allowed experimentation with different crops at various altitudes.
The itinerary then continues in the direction of the Maras salt mines, a landscape composed of thousands of white pools suspended on the mountainside. From this location, a downhill hike takes you to the banks of the Urubamba River, a perfect moment to appreciate the calm and environment of the valley.
Sacred Valley → Ollantaytambo
After meeting up with your driver, you end the day in Ollantaytambo, one of the last inhabited Inca villages, where you explore the Inca ruins, a strategic site that served as a fortress and religious center.
You spend the night at Hotel Sol Natura Ollantay in a standard room.

Machu Picchu from Ollantaytambo
Ollantaytambo → Aguas Calientes
You will take the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, the last village before the famous Machu Picchu.
The journey takes approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.
Aguas Calientes → Machu Picchu
You will need to reach the main avenue of Aguas Calientes to take a shuttle that will take you to the entrance of the Machu Picchu. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
Today marks probably one of the highlights of your trip!
You will discover the Inca city of Machu Picchu, a masterpiece of Inca architecture, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site and recognized as one of the 7 New Wonders of the World. Nestled between the Andes and the jungle, Machu Picchu remained unknown for centuries, until Hiram Bingham, with the support of National Geographic, began to reveal its unique richness.
Yet, Machu Picchu still holds many mysteries… You will wander at your own pace through the streets of this city that seems frozen in time. You will also have time to isolate yourself to contemplate this site in complete serenity.
Machu Picchu → Aguas Calientes
After exploring the Inca citadel, you will descend by bus to the village of Aguas Calientes. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
Aguas Calientes → Ollantaytambo
You will take the train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo.
Your driver will be waiting for you at Ollantaytambo to take you to Cusco.
You finish the day at Hotel Andenes Del Sol, where you spend the night in a standard room.

Registration is considered firm and final after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total price and acceptance of the specific terms of sale.
The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the departure date.

Passport
To enter Peru, your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months after your entry date and must contain at least one blank page for immigration stamps.
The document must be in good condition (no damaged, torn, or altered pages).
Tourism stay without a visa
Entry requirements depend on your nationality. You must verify the visa requirements and any visa exemptions applicable to you with the embassy or consulate of Peru in your country of residence.
Generally, immigration authorities may request:
an exit ticket from the country (return flight or onward travel),
proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your stay,
confirmation of an accommodation booking for the first nights.
Health and vaccinations
Vaccination requirements depend on your nationality and the regions you plan to visit. However, certain vaccinations are strongly recommended according to the areas visited:
yellow fever is recommended for travelers going to the Amazon regions and low-altitude areas (below 2,300 m); an international vaccination certificate may be required upon entry if you are arriving from a risk country,
updating routine vaccinations (hepatitis A, typhoid fever, tetanus) is advised.
Precautions against malaria are recommended in certain regions of the Peruvian Amazon. Consult a doctor or international vaccination center before your departure.
Travel with children
Minors must hold their own valid passport covering the duration of the stay.
When a minor travels without one or both parents, Peruvian authorities may require a notarized parental authorization, ideally translated into Spanish. Additional requirements may apply depending on your country of residence.
