Overnight at the Baan Vajra hotel, a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the Silom district.
Departure in the morning to reach the pier and take the public boat-buses to the center, on the right bank and the Pak Klong Talad flower market district.
We start our day with a visit to the Grand Palace of Bangkok, built in 1782, which includes several magnificent buildings, including the Wat Phra Kaeo (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), which houses a beautiful Emerald Buddha dating back to the 14th century.
Then, we walk to Wat Pho, one of the oldest temples in Bangkok, to see its reclining Buddha.
We then cross the river by a small boat to visit Wat Arun, the "Temple of Dawn," located on the right bank.
Private traditional long-tail boat taxi ride on the Chao Phraya River, one of the most important rivers in the country. Discover the Venice of the East and the traditional life of the city's inhabitants, half of whom still live by the water.

Early morning wake-up to head to the suburbs of Bangkok, to the Mae Klong Market, where four times a day, the fruit and vegetable stalls hastily fold up as the train passes through the market. (Train passes at 09:30)
We continue our journey and discover the colorful, lively, and flavorful floating market of Damnoen Saduak.
By boat, along the narrow canals of the market, we discover the stalls of goods joyfully balanced on the water. We negotiate for fresh fruits, clothes, or Thai masks on a wooden boat with vendors proudly wearing straw hats and brightly colored dresses.
We finally arrive in Kanchanaburi, where we will take the time to visit the grand temple de Tham Sua, accessible uphill with a small cable car (local standards!!)

Settle in at the Royal Riverkwai Resort Spa, in a Deluxe room.
Hotel by the river with a pool - Located about ten kilometers after the town and the train bridge.
Departure for the station and boarding around 10:40 am on the famous "Death Railway". made famous by the story of the movie "The Bridge on the River Kwai," for about 1 hour by train to the west and the Sai Yok region, located 70 km west at the end of the train line.
Transfer to Elephant Haven where we have lunch.
Meet your guide and the Mahouts. Together, you will prepare food for the elephants before getting to know them while feeding them. We then go for a walk in the surrounding forest with the pachyderms, our guide taking this opportunity to teach us more about the animal.
Then, we will have the chance to observe them during mud games before accompanying them to the river to give them a bath.
In the end, we return to the camp where we can capture one last time our meeting with the pachyderms.

Departure in the morning for the Erawan National Park and Waterfalls (60 km drive). This national park is home to a superb waterfall spanning 7 levels, forming natural pools with emerald blue water inhabited by Mahseer barbs. While you can choose to stay around the first 3 levels, which are the easiest to access and where you can swim, an ascent to the 7th level, although not difficult, is rewarding: La Phu Pha Erawan, the final cascade, is the most majestic of all.
We then head to Nakhon Pathom, home to the Wat Phra Pathom Chedi, the tallest stupa in Thailand.

In the evening, we board our overnight train, heading to Chumphon. Night in a 2nd class sleeper compartment.

Arrival at the station, we are greeted by our host who will take us to his home in the rural community of Pathiu, located 40 km away, on the coast.

Here we are immersed in our homestay with a local family in the small village of Pathiu. During our 2-day, 2-night stay with the locals, we will not only discover the daily life of the Thai people but also participate in many activities:

This morning, a short transfer (30 minutes) to the docks of Chumphon.
We then board the ferry for the crossing to the island of Koh Tao, a small island nestled in the middle of the Gulf of Thailand and world-renowned for its diving spots.
Upon arrival on the island, we are transferred to our resort.
Ferry departure at 7:00 am for arrival at Koh Tao at 8:45 am
Arrival at Koh Tao, we settle in for 4 nights on a Bed and Breakfast basis at Coral View Resort with a double room with sea view.

Departure in the morning from the hotel to the pier and boat crossing to Mae Nam pier on the island of Koh Samui, the second largest in Thailand by its surface area, lined along its entire coast with white sandy beaches bordered by coconut trees.
The island offers some of the most pleasant accommodations in the country and a relaxed atmosphere, to which one willingly surrenders, making it all the more welcoming.
Our driver will be waiting for us upon arrival at the pier and transfer to our hotel.
We settle in for 3 nights at Eden Bungalows in a Deluxe Bungalow.
Please note that breakfast is not included at the hotel and can be taken on site.
Today we are going on an excursion to Ang Thong National Marine Park, a protected archipelago of 42 wild and uninhabited islands. Famous for its natural beauty with its islets covered in lush vegetation and beautiful white sandy beaches, its landscape is often compared to that of Halong Bay in Vietnam.
The boat leaves from Thong Sala pier around 9:00 am and heads towards the national park, which we will reach after about 1.5 hours of navigation. Arriving at the first islands of Koh Wao and Koh Tai, we can swim and especially explore the marine life while snorkeling.
After lunch, we arrive at Koh Wua Ta Lap, and its white sandy beach, Ao Ka. From there, relax in the crystal-clear waters of the area, or take a hike that will offer you a breathtaking view of the surroundings.
The last stop of our day is the island of Mae Ko, or Mother Island, which has a superb beach and an inland lagoon with emerald green waters aptly named Emerald Lake (Thale Nai).
Return around 6:00 pm to Koh Phangan.
