Our Jungle Camp welcomes nature lovers visiting Khao Sok National Park. With its bamboo cabins perched in the trees, the camp is one of the pioneers of responsible tourism.
Its name is fitting… Nestled in Khao Sok National Park, Our Jungle Camp immerses hikers in the heart of the Thai wilderness. Forget solid buildings and be tempted by bamboo dwellings, treehouses, or riverside bungalows made from biodegradable materials. The project was launched in 1975 by a fervent advocate of ecotourism, who popularized eco-lodges in the national reserves of Krabi, Phra Thong, and the Kwai River. The values of this eco-lodge include immersing rather than consuming, respecting biodiversity, and enjoying fresh farm produce. It has chosen to forego air conditioning and fight against plastic waste.
By choosing Our Jungle Camp, don’t be surprised if you don’t find a TV, hot water in your bathroom, or an infinity pool. But this return to nature, the stunning wildlife views from your balcony, and the immersion in nature offer a unique experience! Spending a night or two at Our Jungle Camp will show you that you can appreciate nature without damaging it and support a shared, sustainable economy.
Our Jungle Camp is located 1.2 km from Khao Sok Park, approximately a 12-minute walk. The nearest airport is Surat Thani Airport. If arriving there, expect a half-hour drive to the camp. Krabi Airport and Phuket Airport are 2.5 hours and 3 hours away, respectively. An English-speaking receptionist is available at all times for inquiries or bookings. Visitors can bring children, but pets are not allowed.

Guests can choose between a bamboo hut, a two-story treehouse, or a riverside bungalow. The Eco Lodge concept is a success: the accommodations blend into the surroundings; construction materials are recycled; sanitation facilities use purified wastewater. A troop of tree-dwelling monkeys roams near the lodge, delighting children.
The accommodations are comfortably furnished: single beds with mosquito nets, classic wooden furniture, and a bathroom with a water heater. You will have a private balcony for relaxation and an amazing view of the wildlife.
