After lunch, we set off to discover the historic center of Ayutthaya. We explore in particular the Wat Mahathat, a major temple dating from the late 14th century, famous for the Buddha head entwined in the roots of a tree, which has become one of the site's symbols.

The visit continues to the Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, a former royal temple and the largest in the ancient capital, recognizable by its elegant aligned chedis that testify to the past grandeur of the kingdom.

Finally, we discover the Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon, renowned for its impressive reclining Buddha and peaceful atmosphere, offering a beautiful conclusion to this immersion in the heart of Siam's history.

This morning, we start the day with a visit to the Baan Saladin agrotourism village, where you will discover the process of making the famous puffed rice crackers, before being able to enjoy a tasting.

We then continue our adventure with an exploration of the great Maha Sawat canal, formerly used to supply Bangkok's markets. On board a boat, we will enjoy a peaceful ride through its waters, while observing local wildlife and feeding the fish.

Back on dry land, we will visit a fruit garden, where you can admire the plantations of gac fruit and discover the making of various products based on this unique fruit.

We will end this morning with a stop on a lake where magnificent lotus flowers bloom, offering a peaceful landscape to contemplate.

We then head to Nakhon Pathom, which is home to the Wat Phra Pathom Chedi, Thailand's tallest stupa.

Departure to the station and boarding around 10:40 AM on the famous "Death Railway" made legendary by the history of the film "The Bridge on the River Kwai", for approximately 1 hour by train heading West to the SaiYok region, located 70 km west at the end of the railway line.

After lunch, we spend the afternoon at "Elephant Haven". On site, we buy baskets of fruit (not included – approximately 3 euros per basket), treats for the pachyderms.
In the early afternoon, we enjoy an exceptional moment: bathing with the Elephants! Return to Kanchanaburi at the end of the afternoon.

Morning departure for the national park and the Erawan waterfalls (63 km drive). This national park is home to a superb cascade extending over 7 levels, forming natural pools with emerald blue waters populated by Mahseer barbs. If you prefer, you can stay around the 3 first levels, the easiest to access, and swim there, but a climb to the 7th level, though not difficult, is rewarding: La Phu Pha Erawan, with the final waterfall being the most majestic spot in the area.

We then head towards Nakhon Pathom, which is home to the Wat Phra Pathom Chedi, the tallest stupa in Thailand.

Early morning arrival at Surat Thani train station (08h32). We are welcomed by our driver, who will take us to Khao Sok National Park. At the station, or on the way we will have our breakfast. (not included).

We then head to Chiew Larn Lake where a boat is waiting to transfer us to our floating accommodation. We have some free time to swim in the crystal-clear waters of the lake.

In the late afternoon, enjoy a final boat excursion to watch the sunset. Return to the floating resort for dinner. Magical night in a stilt bungalow at Greenery Panvaree resort

This morning, safari to observe the surrounding wildlife, then return to the bungalow for our morning snack. We have some free time to enjoy the lake waters, with the possibility of canoeing. After breakfast, we leave this place to return to dry land. We are welcomed by our driver, who will now take us to the Jungle section of Khao Sok National Park.

3:00 PM - Half-day educational hike in the jungle. An opportunity to learn more about the fauna and flora of the National Park. (3 hours). Activity accompanied by an English-speaking local guide in a small group.

We settle in for 2 nights at The Leaf Oceanside in a leaf room.

Today we are departing for a full-day boat excursion that will take us to the Similan Islands. This small archipelago 65 km from the coast is a true paradise for lovers of white sandy beaches and divers.

With snorkel and mask, you will be able to appreciate extremely rich marine life in the coral reefs. Activity carried out within a group of travelers. English-speaking guide.

Transfer to your hotel and rest. Check-in at the Shanghai Mansion, a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Bangkok's Chinatown.

This evening, we embark on a different vision of Bangkok during a 3-hour night cycling tour through the bustling streets of Thailand's capital. In the cool of the evening, we will first explore the glittering Chinatown district with its thousand lights as well as Bangkok's famous flower market before heading North, along the Chao Praya, to reach the older part of the city, as well as across the river to the Thonburi district. Small group activity accompanied by an English-speaking local guide.

Early morning departure to reach the dock and take public boat-buses heading towards the center, on the right bank and the Pak Khlong Talat flower market district. We begin our day with a visit to the Grand Palace of Bangkok, built in 1782, which comprises several magnificent buildings, including Wat Phra Kaeo (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), which contains a magnificent Emerald Buddha dating from the 14th century. Then, on foot we head to Wat Pho, one of the oldest temples in Bangkok, to discover its reclining Buddha. We then cross the river by small boat to visit Wat Arun, the "Temple of Dawn", located on the right bank.

Private traditional "long-tail" boat tour on the Chao Phraya River, one of the most important in the country. Discovery of the Venice of the Orient and the traditional life of the inhabitants of this city, half of whom still live on the water's edge. Day accompanied by a local English-speaking guide.

Accompanied by your guide, you make your way to the quays and then board a public river bus. Along the water, you head towards the historic center on the right bank, until you reach the flower market at Pak Khlong Talat. Stroll through the fragrant aisles and experience your first immersion into authentic and traditional Asia.

Then, on foot, you reach Wat Pho, one of Bangkok's oldest temples, renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and elegant pavilions. You discover the impressive Reclining Buddha, an emblematic figure of the place, as well as the interior courtyards dotted with stupas and refined decorative details.

You will discover the architectural gems of Bangkok. Marvel at the splendor of the Grand Palace of Bangkok, built in 1782: a sumptuous complex of buildings and inner courtyards, including Wat Phra Kaeo (Temple of the Emerald Buddha). You will discover the famous Emerald Buddha, a precious statue dating from the 14th century, at the heart of one of the most revered sanctuaries in the country.

Then, you cross the river by small boat to reach Wat Arun, the famous "Temple of Dawn", standing on the right bank. Upon arrival, you admire its spectacular central prang, finely decorated with porcelain mosaics and floral patterns that shimmer in the light.

Ride aboard a private traditional "long-tail" boat-taxi on the Chao Praya river, one of the country's most important waterways and a vital artery of Bangkok. As you glide along the water, you discover the "Venice of the Orient," with peaceful klongs, stilt houses and small temples hidden along the banks.
